This has been a tough week for America. It’s been an embarrassing and disgusting week for those of us who believe that the recent Presidential election was tainted with unanswered questions about fraud and massive voting irregularities. Whatever hopes we had that there might be a sincere investigation into the evidence that the media claimed didn’t exist was wiped out by a hot-headed mob at our nation’s Capitol. To be clear, of the tens of thousands of protesters and demonstrators who descended on Washington, most really were peaceful, law abiding patriots who love God, their families and their country. But those who stormed our Nation’s Capitol, ignored and fought the police, broke windows and doors and vandalized the offices of members of Congress and the Capitol itself were not patriots. They were a mob. A violent, lawless, and reckless mob engaged in criminal acts. Some of those participating in this mayhem or who tried to defend it tried to compare the actions of the mob to those of our Founders in the American Revolution. The violence at the Capitol this week was not at all like the American Revolution.

The Revolution of 1776 was carefully thought out. It was meticulously planned, and carried out by people who had exhausted all avenues to peacefully secure their liberty and to rid themselves of the intolerable behavior of their mother country, England. They declared their independence in a carefully crafted document and pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor. They did not act spontaneously or compulsively. Their actions were thoroughly contemplated and the consequences were fully understood. What happened this week was carried out by hot-headed people moved by raw rage. There was no rational consideration of the consequences. There are no excuses or explanations for endangering innocent people, destroying public property, and challenging the authority of law enforcement. Even if 95% of that crowd were God-fearing law-abiding citizens who are rightfully angry that their beloved Republic is being taken over by Marxists and the useful idiots in the media who follow along, there is still no justification for the mayhem. Some of the rioters even quoted Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but Dr. King NEVER got so fed up with the horrible and unjust treatment by the government and said, “That’s it—let’s storm the Capitol and break windows and occupy the chamber.”

The American Revolution indeed became violent and resulted in a war but they were not a mob, who in a blind rage launched something they had no plan to fulfill. They articulated their grievances, requested relief, and only after all possible remedies were rebuffed did they declare independence.

WE must be the voice of reason and rationality. The mob set back the conservative patriotic cause of limited government and a government that provides justice equally. This angry mob of played right into the hands of the press and the left.

I support the many policies President Trump implemented to put America First. I’m glad he stood up to China and Russia, brought manufacturing jobs back to America, cut taxes because he believed that you could spend the money you worked for better than the government, fought to protect the lives of unborn children, protected religious liberty, stood with Israel against those who sought to annihilate her, and who appointed Constitutionalists to the courts. I don’t blame him because some who supported him devolved into criminal activity and tried to take over our nation’s Capitol. But to be fair and honest, his language about the election being stolen probably cost us 2 Senate seats in Georgia and gave some people the false sense that it was justifiable to storm past police barricades and take over the Capitol. Joe Biden will be the next President. It’s not who I voted for but I won’t burn down the country because he’s President. I will speak out for my views and I will faithfully vote in every election. But as disgusted as I was when Black Lives Matter and Antifa followers were burning our cities, looting stores and attacking police officers, I’m equally disgusted when people who may share many of my views do the same thing. I don’t care what their politics are, they are lawless thugs and need to be found, charged and prosecuted. I can’t teach my children and grandchildren to obey the rules of my house if I can’t be trusted to obey the laws of my nation!

Wow! Do you have to say that because your on tv? The videos show, 2 windows were broken by ANTIFA.. very little damage to anything. Yes there were frustrated Trump supporters who followed Antifa in, and will now go to jail. But they didn’t hurt anyone!
The cop shot an unarmed girl , THE CAPITOL POLICE, no Trump supporters had weapons. It was planned, unfortunately a few supports made the wrong decision. I was there! I am so emotional , I can’t stop weeping about the corruption in our govt. and because the media is owned by evil democrats, some people will not know the truth. And we get to live in communism! I have to believe God did not want thus forUSA .
Still praying for mercy, and truth to come out

Most of what you said is true. I live in Georgia and can tell you that both Prudue and Loffler lost their elections, 1 they both gave an answer to several questions in an televised interview that did not support the President and caused quite a bit of confusion 2. There were elections irregularities that were never address by Raffensperger and Kemp. The main problem were the drop boxes that were put out in Fulton and DeKalb that were never overseen by anyone. 3. Their campaigning in Georgia were lackluster. Thank you for all you stand for. God Bless.

So, because "we're not like them", we give up our country? I thought you were a history buff. Have you studied the history of communist insurrections? They are identical - every one. At what point to we storm the castle? Never? This movement that has taken over hates this country. They openly state they are going to "fundamentally transform" America. Why is it valid for the left to take the streets and burn down the country but conservatives better behave? Why? Time of troubles ahead.

I totally agree that anyone who unlawfully entered the Capitol was wrong to do so. I hate violence! But I wonder what recourse do we have if the election was TRULY stolen? How do you fight a corrupt political machine? The hypocrisy, double standards and censorship just keep getting worse and It is hard to believe that maintaining the Republican status quo can ever effect serious change. It is truly frightening but desperate men will do desperate things.

What gets me is Democrats have been calling on people to get Republicans faces in dinners, gas stations, and any place we are at. How come no body banned from Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram over that. All the burning of buildings, stealing people property from stores, and the people that been hurt all summer. With the media turning they head the other way and taking up for them.

I’m a big fan of yours Mike and a bass player “Fender American Jazz 5str. It has no equal although always replicated lol.

I agree with all your comments. I also agree that as a president your strength has to be your firm position on issues that you can defend and articulate. I am a former mayor of my town. I see no wrong in what Trump has said, or done, we all saw corruption and fraud in this election either on tv, or in person I know I did. We should expect they he would lead the charge to investigate and Eliminate further fraud even at the cost of de-certifying an election. Therefore, the real source of what happened in Congress and Capital hill lies on the democrats and the 4 years on demonizing of a president that led to a year full of criminal riots and up to January 6th. It wasn’t a two party issue. its been a fight for freedom of speech as seen by people with individual interest and not of the common good of the country. We deserve the right to a fair fraud free election in a democratic Country. Without that only Anarchy will survive, hence all the riots and destruction on courthouses and monuments government buildings and churches. This was not the first government buildings attacked by angry citizens where fatalities occurred. The disgrace is that blood was shed, Lives were lost at home for our freedoms and not on foreign soil this time. This is the cost that all leaders in Congress of all parties must bear.

Trump did what he had to because our legislators and judges refuse to be the bad guys, or seen as co-conspirators in their minds. The only disappointment I feel with Trump is that he collected money to fight this case and forfeited the fight. Jesus come quickly!!

Spot on article. Trump has been a great President for restoring the focus of our government on its people, and not other countries (unfortunately this lesson may not stick in DC). Which is why he has such great support ( and he’s real). I can only hope the Republican Party doesn’t lose the lessons Donald Trump has tried to teach it.

To say that the independent investigation into the voting irregularities was effectively ended by the capital breach is simply not true. The congressmen who "vowed" they would stand for a congressional election audit simply capitulated to the fear in the moment. They are cowards. No polite way to say it. They have let Antifa have the last word, and in that China is now our master.

I was there. I did not see any of the people around me engaged in criminal activity. We were patriotic, peaceful protestors that did what our president asked us to do. Nancy Pelosi would have demonized us no matter what happened. We the People are disgusted with Congress not following law and order and not upholding the Constitution.

What is needed is more “peaceful” protests, and I mean peacefully protest, for our freedoms. We need to build our credibility as conservatives while at the same time sending a message that establishment politicians that we will not be silenced. Also, we need to build a parallel economy built on big ‘R’ rights given to us by G_D.

I'm so sicken by what has happened a few, I'm sorry to say, over zealous idiots destroyed the legacy of President Trump and all he accomplished for this country both left & right over the past four years. A few hundred stupid people (out of tens of thousands) in a few hours handed to the Democratic "Socialist" Party everything they have desired and hounded for our the last four years on a sliver platter.

Supporters of President Trump were in Washington to show support for election integrity and all the Trump gatherings have been peaceful in contrast to the gatherings protesting the death of Floyd, which were treated differently by the media and the democrats. I am disappointed in the break ins in Washington but there's more to the story than the bias media is reporting. This is a one sided nation, the laws only apply to those on the right, the left can do whatever they want and get away with it. I agree with everything you say except for President Trump costing the 2 seats in Georgia. That election was compromised. Our election system needs an overhaul. There are too many ways to cheat, the democrats push for more ways to make voting easier but this opens the door to more fraud. I don't buy the fact the poor people don't have id, if they get subsidies, they have subsidy id cards at the very least. Many of them even have state ids. We can make excuses or help poor people get the necessary id to be able to vote. I am very disappointed and afraid for the future of our country. Under Obama/Biden my family suffered. My husband and others lost their permanent jobs and worked temporary jobs until President Trump came into office. We also had to buy obamacare insurance paying high premiums, deductibles and lost our doctors, there's more but want to limit this. What can we do to ensure election integrity. photo vote id cards, proof of citizenship required, minimum residency requirements, requests for mail in ballots which must be postmarked 7 days before election so they are received by election day. Counting ballots received after election day especially when the results are known opens the door to fraud again. I feel that 75 million Americans were cheated and justice was not served President Trump is not perfect, but he loved this country and put the middle class and Americans first, my family could breath a little easier. This will change under Biden. I thank you and respect you and your family for standing up for our country. We need people like you in office.

This morning on Mediabuzz I was called an accomplice by Clarence Page and I was in California during this period. Just because I feel a certain way, and no not a violent way, I am an accomplice. And he was calling for some sort of legal action in a veiled threat. It's only a matter of time. Parler's silencing is an example of a digital Kristallnacht.

We cannot trust anyone in our government, left or right. It’s time for We The People to take back our country and government. It’s been proved that millionaires in government control the fraudulent elections and not the People. Our FBI is just as evil and corrupt. Trust no one.

Thank you for reminding us of the truth of history. I think these rioters need to be held accountable for their own actions. It was a very close governors race in Ga two years ago. Rather than blame the senate losses on Trump, I would blame them on Stacy Abrams and her machine.
