Fauci Back In The Hot Seat

Who says there’s nothing entertaining on TV anymore? Tuesday, Dr. Anthony Fauci was back in the hot seat before the Senate, and it got blistering when Sen. Rand Paul, who is also a doctor, drilled down on his reported funding and support for “gain of function” virus research. That’s when viruses from sources like…let’s say, bats…are altered in the lab to make them more transmissible to humans, so that their effects can be studied.

In years past, Fauci made comments about the benefits of such dangerous experiments outweighing the risks, and it’s believed that the NIH under Fauci funded such research. If it turns out that COVID originated in the Wuhan lab, Paul wants Fauci to take partial responsibility for those risks that resulted in a deadly pandemic. He also quoted Fauci’s emails in which colleagues expressed fears that that was the case, but he publicly dismissed them. Fauci angrily accused Paul of not knowing what he was talking about. But Paul replied that Fauci can call him a liar, but he didn’t produce any facts that contradicted him. There are more details and video here:

Later, Sen. Paul told Sean Hannity that he will ask the DOJ for a criminal referral against Fauci for lying to Congress.

In further Fauci news, the doc says he agrees with the American Academy of Pediatrics that it’s “reasonable” to require all children older than two to wear masks all day at school.

I’m not a doctor. I don’t even play one on TV, like some people I could name. But I’ve already written at length about the many problems with making children wear masks for hours, from developmental issues to forcing them to breathe dangerous levels of CO2 to all the bacteria and viruses that get on the masks and are then pressed tightly over their mouths and noses. Here are a couple of links as reminders. I hope someone forwards them to Dr. Fauci and the AAP.

    Fauci = pure evil. His facial expressions and body language took my breathe away. I'm 71. I was left with images of the occasional bomb drills during school. At least we knew if and when they were coming. The slithering, malevolent attacks of the left are horrendous and never ending. I thank you Mike for continuing our fight for America.

    Forcing children to wear masks is a form of child abuse, especially children with disabilities such as autism. Mask-wearing can induce anxiety and trauma for many children, especially the young ones who cannot possibly understand why they are being forced to do so. They are incubating germs in those masks. My husband had to wear his mask to work daily during COVID until recently. Back in February of this year he had his blood tested prior to surgery, and his blood levels of CO2 were nearly toxic! I used to work as a hospital aide, and we were never required to wear masks for long periods of time--only in specific cases where patients were in isolation for certain conditions, and only in the room with those patients. We disposed of our masks after EACH use, with the exception of N 95 masks, which were fit -tested and assigned individually for use with patients who had TB and were in negative pressure rooms (so they were seldom used). We were fit-tested each year for a new N95 mask, and more often if it were suspected to be compromised and no longer fit properly. And please note: I washed my husband's masks after each day's use, and he still had those high CO2 levels, but I can imagine that children are not careful about keeping their masks clean! No doubt they are storing up their germs in the masks and would be so much healthier without them. Just take a whiff of those masks after they've been worn for awhile--pee-eew!

    I would like to see an article about the wisdom of taking the vaccine. I read alternative news and have chosen not to take it. I have several conservative friends who have chosen to take it recently and others who believe it is the right thing to do. I believe, based on my reading, that it is a biological weapon. However, I do not know what is true and what is not in terms of what I read. I also am highly concerned that Bill Gates and George Soros have teamed up to purchase an English company in the vaccine industry. I am also concerned if Bill Gates and the Chinese own the highest percentage of our farm land. Pre Covid, I was a great admirer of Bill Gates accomplishments since the early 80’s. I just want to know what is true and false and for the life of me, I don’t know. However the rumors I read in the beginning of Covid seem to be repeated more often with mire evidence.

    I have followed the request to wear a mask, take the vaccine shots but now again wear a mask because the WH has allowed illegals with the virus to come into our States and it is spreading again. Now they want children over the age of 2 to wear a mask all day at school. I and my husband could hardly breath in a mask now what in the world will a child be able to do wearing a mask all day and it is collecting germs to penetrate the mask from nose and mouth secretion that wets it. How can they play like normal children and breath through the mask. My heart starts pumping harder just as I walk with the mask on so what about a child running and playing. Fauci, Biden and all the other know it all Democrats should have to run around the football field with a mask on and see how they make it. LOL

    I believe that Dr. Fauci should be charged with lying to Congress & removed from his office. He is a large part of the problem why AMERICA is in this situation. Everyone is trying to blame the people who have not had the vaccine. If you had the vaccine & believe it is the cure & you can't get it again then why are people afraid of the unvaccinated ?. I believe someone is making millions on giving people the shots & these shots are just a way to use people as test dummies. GOD Bless you & your family & all the people all over the world

    why is fnding ANYTHING in mainland China, treason? They have been our SWOrRN enemy since 1949. Wy is anyone consorting with China to develop ANTHING, especially a virus that came int the US and caused all this physical, mental and economic harm? Fauci should be removed as a communist stooge. and punished as such. Hilary, Bill and Barack sold our secrets to the Chinese,if that is not giving aid to our enemy what is it!!The NIH needs a housecleaning... with baseball bat. "You got a better idea? Now's the time" Star Trek IV We've been nice far too long. That must end. They will understand rough treatment. I hope DT has something brutal in mind when he can exercise it. McCarthy was right too bad we are learning 60 years too late
