Thank you for conducting this poll. What does Ron DeSantis think of this result? Has President Trump commented? Trump has been given such a raw deal, but many of us supporters are totally fatigued by all the vitriol and are ready to encourage Governor DeSantis to step forward. Many accolades to President Trump for all the great things he did for our country. I wish we could keep him engaged somehow going forward even if not in the top spot.

Because of Trump's age, I would not like to see him being tortured for another 4 years as president. If DeSantis is elected president, Trump would make a good head of DOJ and really go after the people behind all of the illegal things going on in Washington. It would be fun to see him clean house and put them out of business instead of just talking about it.

I want to see the date on Pelosi’s 1st draft of the impeachment for
Jan 6th, I bet it precedes the event, they knew what would take
place because they had ANTIFA and FBI working the crowd and
moving barriers (in my opinion) she knew the end game and I think Schumer/McConnell/McCarthy knew it too.

I like both men. I voted for Trump because, as a Floridian, I don’t want to lose our wonderful governor.

I was saddened to see the poll result. I deliberately didn't participate because I didn't want to be disloyal to President Trump while he is under such attack from Congress.

Donald Trump did the nation a great service in putting America first for a change and smashing the Washington political machine, preventing it from continuing business as usual. The current hearings--following in the wake of two (!) impeachment trials, shows just what a nerve he hit. I'm afraid that Trump derangement syndrome is very real. Were he to be president again, I can only think that we would be in for four more years of paralyzing leftist hysteria. Also, I'm afraid that President Trump will be just that bit too old for the rigors of the presidency.

My favorite Republican leader is Senator Josh Hawley. He would be my first choice for presidential candidate, but I don't think Republicans in general favor him as much as I do. Maybe De Santis-Hawley should be the ticket.

I’m shocked at the results of that poll, saying DeSantis won. I don’t think this will sit well with many Trump supporters who are loyal to him. However, this isn’t to run down Ron DeSantis as he is probably one of the greatest Governor Florida ever had. It’s just that these two men have different personalities and styles. There’s no doubt they both are movers and shakers with the intention of getting things done. From what I’ve read, Governor DeSantis has reiterated that he intends to run for reelection as Governor. So, I do think Conservatives will support Trump. He’s our best hope against Joe Biden and the Democratic Party in 2024.

Wow! Love Great President Trump but he keeps endorsing Swamp monsters to true patriots. One week he slams 10 republicans that signed trillion dollar theft of our tax dollars and then endorses one of swamp monsters that signed....Grassley. And Oz will be a complete disaster...the next mitt romney. And of course we are still feeling the sting of who he chose for AG. Ouch! And then there are the vaccines that HE unleashed on us and now children are being targeted for deadly vaccines.

While I think Trump was a great President, and I applaud his many accomplishments, I just feel our country cannot be put through the horrible attacks on him and his family from the "fake news" media. They were relentless. Also, I think we need a President that would not make personal attacks on people (that did not help Trump at all). We need someone with the same conservative values and with an America First Agenda, someone that can hopefully restore law and order and civil decency to this land. And who will uphold our governing documents.

I personally thought Donald Trump did an amazing job for our country in spite of tremendous opposition. I voted on the poll for DeSantis mainly because Trump (God love him) stirs up too much divisiveness and let's face it, DeSantis is quite a bit younger.

I was certainly pleased with how much Pres. Trump was able to accomplish despite being opposed by all the Democrats and half of the Republicans! But he has become so polarizing that his re-election may be difficult. I think DeSantis stands to be a better chance to save our country from the Godless, Socialist Democrats. DeSantis has proved he is an able administrator, and he is not afraid to fight the leftists who are destroying our country!
