From Gregg Z:

I’ll get right to the point, but first know that I am an evangelical believer who loves our Lord, worships Him and His Word, and votes wherever possible for candidates who hold a biblical worldview, where God is the center of Truth; and when we honor and follow His Word we are blessed, and when we continue to disobey and reject Him, we reap depravity.

I’m saddened and disappointed in your continued tact with the election—that it was stolen via widespread fraud. Trump had his many chances in our post-election process to legally challenge the election, and nothing stuck. The fact he had the best legal resources available (and $$) and was not able to make anything stick is indicative of the fact that there really was no evidence of widespread election fraud—and many of those law suits were adjudicated by conservative Republican-appointed judges. Trump truly did not have a leg to stand on, as the wholesale rejection of his lawsuits showed.

The reality is we live in an evenly divided nation right now. Our presidential elections have been razor thin for a while now, not just 2020. We see the split division in the House and Senate as well—and have for years as it also has teetered between Democrat & Republican control.

In the spirit of Romans 13:1-5, and given Trump’s wholesale failure at providing evidence of widespread fraud on a scale large enough to change the election outcome--and this through our entire legal system--it is right for us to “give credence to” the outcome of this election, and stop with the quite harmful seeds of conspiracy theory.

It is time to SWITCH THE DIALOG to the fact that we have indeed put a liberal in the president's office—and lost control of the Senate—all because we are that evenly split as a nation. It’s time to pray for wisdom and influence in promoting a biblical worldview, which is how we will change the evenly balanced electorate away from humanism (liberalism).

Respectfully,

Gregg

From the Gov:

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and reasonable letter. What we were doing with this poll was essentially “taking the temperature” of the approximately half of the country who watched from the sidelines as the election results played out, just to see where we are. Now we know.

If you’re a regular reader of the newsletter, you know I’ve never made the claim that the election was “stolen” or decided by “widespread fraud.” (There is some actual evidence of targeted fraud, but did it decide the election? We’d like to know.) I’ve quoted others who have make those claims, and many readers have made them in the “comments” section, but what I personally have tried to do is bring you factual information about how the election was conducted and what people think about it, people on both sides. The fact that so many believe the election was stolen, and do have reason (as opposed to proof), is a reality that it makes no sense to ignore. It can’t just be swept under the rug.

What I definitely can say is that the election rules were turned upside down in key states and that it was a very opaque process, as opposed to the completely transparent process it should have been. And that causes a natural skepticism.

That begs the question, why wouldn’t the Democrats WANT to allow a full investigation, to make the process fully transparent, as a way of bringing the country together and ending this massive doubt that Biden was the duly-elected President? Why did they go to court in multiple states to slam the lid down on that process? This causes even more natural skepticism.

The courts simply didn’t want to be involved in this and washed their hands of it, so to speak. They “found” reasons not to look at those cases. Most of the dismissals had nothing to do with the evidence that might have been presented, as they never got that far.

Now Trump reportedly wants to use the impeachment trial as an opportunity to present some of that evidence, and he’s running into problems with attorneys who don’t want to use their legal defense in that way. He has some new representation now, so it’ll be interesting to see if he does it. If he has the goods, it might be a way to make the Democrats sorry they made the ridiculous decision to try him after he was gone. And we might actually get to see evidence. On the other hand, would Sen. Patrick Leahy, presiding in place of Chief Justice John Roberts (who declined), find a way to keep his attorneys from presenting it? He’d certainly stop them if he could. But this would cause even more natural skepticism.

You’re right that this is a divided nation. I do think, though, that much of that division is because of what people hear on the news and, well, just about everywhere. We’re constantly warned about “misinformation” on the right, but it demonstrably exists in huge steaming piles on the left, and there’s also a great deal that goes unreported. This affects the way people vote. Recall the poll in which a substantial percentage of Biden supporters –- enough to possibly have changed the election outcome –- said that if they’d known about the Biden family’s dealings with the Chinese, they wouldn’t have voted for him.

Also, many who voted for Biden are shocked now at his shutting down of the Keystone Pipeline with the stroke of a pen, among the 40 (!) Executive Orders he signed his first week. Some of these voters hadn’t been paying attention, others had been watching CNN and MSNBC or getting their news preselected by Facebook and Google, and many just “didn’t like Trump” or had heard he was "a dictator," but this is NOT what they thought they voted for. Yes, we’re divided, but I don’t believe it’s true that half the country is as far-left as the people now in office. Those people aren't "liberals" --- they truly are radicals.

It certainly hasn’t been my intention to promote conspiracy theories, which exist on both the left and right. We are all about evidence here, and we also want to work through the system even though it seems increasingly that the deck is stacked against us. Did you read my answer to reader Loren in the Monday Evening Edition, about examining our own conduct, pulling together and keeping our cool as we work towards 2022? It works in this context as well.

    Governor Huckabee
It is my opinion that the Democrats have been scheming to control the election since 2016. Something went wrong and Queen Hillary lost. Thank God. It put the Democrats in a frenzy and come hell or high water they would not allow President Trump to serve another term. The Biden/Harris administration will devastate this country as we have seen from day 1. I pray to God every day to intervene somehow because I truly believe the United States as we knew it will perish without divine intervention. I cannot imagine how sad God must be when he looks down and sees what were are doing. We are surrounded by evil. Evil has a front row seat in the White House. God help.us all.

I read the letter from Gregg Z and your reply. I agree will what you said. The American people have a right to know what was going on and why there is no investigation at so many levels of government. President Trump was trying to protect freedom of worship, freedom of taxpayers having to fund many services that millions find immoral. In Canada we lost our freedoms and it has cost billions in money and likely billions of innocent lives from conception to birth with to few in politics or the media interested in changing this. If Gregg's God is God, we will pay as a nation and so will the US if they do like-wise and don't elect leaders to stop it. Some sins are sins of omission on the part of God's people. I hope there is an investigation and I pray for it to come. This would give other countries hope.

Someone tell Greg those courts refused to HEAR the evidence and testimony and he should read up on why most were dismissed and by whom.

I would offer here a rebuttal to the writer gregg Z:
Mr. Trump's "evidence" of the election fraud was not "heard by ANY court. It was dismissed before any challenge could be presented according to due process laws. That "evidence" included verbatim video of said fraud, documented violations of State Laws, and overwhelming statistical evidence of the impossibility of the outcomes without human manipulation--all of this was simply ignored.
As for the writer's statements of Mr. Trump's implied "ungodliness" I wish to call into question this statement - witness the man's repeated references to the Lord in many of his speeches, his orders, and his policies--apparently this writer is ignorant of all these public displays of moral character.
And now we have as our 'president' a man who is purported to be(by his own words/actions) a devote Catholic-yet he immediately institutes support for abortion--nothing less than murder--
Yep this writer sure has what he considers valid points---I do not think so--please turn off cnn and wake up dude!

Governor, just a quick comment regarding fraud. Stating that there was a little fraud is like saying a woman is a little pregnant. An election is either fraudulent or it’s not.

Thank you Governor Huckabee. Great response and “I Am” one of the 74 million that have the “Righteous anger” in the Election Fraud. We The People are rightfully angry that Joe Biden is in office due to this oppression of evidence and proof. I believe that Biden and Family have criminal and Communist influence during his political career and now tyranny with all of the EO’s reversing our rightful President Trump’s MAGA policy’s. Thank you Sir for your news.

    Gregg Z.
I understand your view of how reckless aspersions have been bandied about both in the media and in personal speeches. It has been a tradition in our nation that any contest, which an election is, can be subject to a difference of views on the outcome. In the election of Mr. Bush and Mr. Gore that the Democrat party was the one that made claims of impropriety in the ballot counting process. Recall the "Chad" issue? in that case the investigation was above board and open to public scrutiny. The results were much the same as this election where the electoral college determined the winner. As to "no evidence" revealing any fraud. The evidence was not reviewed by most of the courts involved and the Supreme Court refused to review the case at all. That being pointed out, no conclusive answers were shown either way. Thus the questions remain and doubts have not been swayed. This election is still being questioned by many citizens from both sides of the issue. If the Democrat party wishes to eliminate the questions, a comprehensive investigation is tantamount to that result. They spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours in the first impeachment, yet their refusal to even allow any investigation into the claims of mishandling of ballots only adds fuel to the issue. That is the issue that I personally find highly suspect and seek a definitive answer to the question.

    Mike,
I don't know who wrote the article and decided that Pres Trump lost legitimately. Obviously you have not been reading reports. Obviously you are switching sides and becoming a RINO.

Anymore lying articles like this and I will unfriend and block. Too much anti-Christian sentiment for me.

It's time to address Romans 13:1, 2. This is leading Christians to believe that to disobey a tyrannical government is to disobey God....NO. God ordains all power...this is true. HIS is the highest power and to disobey that is to disobey God, but to obey an ungodly government is so contrary to the rest of scripture there needs to be a rightly dividing the word of truth....KING JAMES insisted on things to be translated that would protect his monarchy...and obviously this is one of those....David was a member of the Kings court and he disobeyed an order not to pray....I honor the government as ordained of God...order..without it there is chaos....I even honor the office of the President because that is part of it....I DO NOT give honor where honor is not due, it is not due to leadership that is ungodly....we have responsibility as citizens to disavow or abolish any government that violates life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...Christian and otherwise...

Sir: I read Greg Z's comments in it's entirety and It is hard for me to understand his statement "Trump did'nt have a leg to stand on" when the fraud was obvious to all, even the blind who cared to listen to the right voices. We KNOW there was a huge fraud perpetuated on the American public and there was proof for any who had access to and the will to follow it to it's conclusion. He really isn't as "perceptive" as he believes because he seems to think that you somehow, helped perpetuate this. I know you didn't and that was obviouos to any who read your comments. The America I know has been duped and we will suffer for many years as a consequence of this duplicity. The Democrats have become the party of corruption and fraud and ALL of America will suffer - even those who were so hateful of President Trump when he was doing such an incredible job. I applaud ALL your efforts and thank you hugely for your great opinons and of the facts. Keep up the good work

Governor, the only answer I can see for the idiocy flowing around us is that de debbil he having a field day! It gives us a taste of the total chaos we could experience in Revelation. I'm thinking Covid could be a form of Rapture, lol? As for the fight about stimulus bills in Congress, I'm for one bill, one vote, no pork ever. Will we see that day? I keep thinking (aside from companies like American Airlines, etc.) that what is roughly 350 million citizens of our U.S.A. times $2000.00? I think (and I'm not good with zeros) it comes close to 600 billion dollars. When you get into trillions, they probably could give every worker a years' salary and be done with it. And we'd still be better off than them trying to bail out stupid states like Illinois where the politics won't change, the budget or lack of won't change, the stupidity and lack of any ability to govern with at least a modicum of common sense won't change, and the money will go the path of lottery, tax raises, casino taxes and every other scheme to stay even with pension liabilities - an impossible target.
When and how did we start electing people with no expertise for their jobs?

I strongly disagree, to put it mildly, with your 4% writer, Greg, All kinds of evidence had been provided, unfortunately, due to censorship by the radical left, only Conservative news sources published it, which appears that he didn’t bother researching. The courts shamefully refused to even look at it, no less rule on it. To say there was no proof according to your close-minded writer in my opinion makes him a leftist hypocrite. He most likely voted for Biden.

Governor Huckabee, thank you for your response!
We finally had a President that did something for the people! It’s so funny that the republicans who are voting to impeach him never voiced any concerns when the protesters were attempting to burn down God’s House in Washington . I forgot the peoples house is above Gods House as so they seem to think! Those same GOPs voted against Trump at every turn. They are not voting as the people want. The media are responsible for inciting. People are tired of the lies and corruption and never held responsible on the left and the republicans do nothing about it. Sorry I went in so long! So proud of your daughter! God bless

Dear Governor. As to short sellers of Gamestock and other companies that have finally made the news.... I have been through this with them when I was president of a company that was victimized. It is a sick game the shorts play, but they have been getting by with it for years. I suggest you look into their game more. Specifically, how they use social media and "consulting groups" that publish exaggerated and false claims and how the shorts use computer buying and often use it right at market closing to manipulate the stock. Take a look at Off Wall Street Consulting run by Mark Roberts and others who sell services to the shorts. There is a big story out there... but there is a big effort out there to kill it.

If I am not mistaken, it is believed that 70 million people voted for Donald Trump !! Those that did and had a majority in the states that they did not change as many things as they could to change the outcome, their votes were basically cancelled out, along with those that actually did have their OWN votes switched to Biden !! I doubt Joe Biden in 2021 could find his way out of a busy Wal Mart , and I and millions of others cannot accept the fact that no one wanted to contest TREASON !!!!!!!! And my faith in mankind is wearing very thin !!!!

    Dear sir,
The divided America didn't begin under President Trump, we've been a divided Nation for many decades. The difference is that Trump made it okay to fight back in the same manner that the Dems had been doing to those of us who felt like he did but didn't have the guts to express it. And as soon as we started voicing our opinion that didn't fit the narrative they were feeding us, we get silenced, and threatened our liberties if we don't agree 100% what they are saying.
We no longer live under the Constitution, our National debt was bad before, but now with the 40+ EO, the loss of tens of thousands of jobs w/ reaching a million when the domino effect cascade; draconian lockdowns and the erosion of the small businesses and farmers ability to thrive, I don't see how the US dollar can survive and we not fall into hyper-inflation? I was in Brazil over thirty years ago when it happened there, IT'S NOT SOMETHING I WANT TO GO THRU AGAIN! Any suggestions on how we get through this fastrack to destruction?

I think the federal courts did this country a disservice when they chose to find excuses not to hear the case of election fraud. Now people will think the courts were part of the cover up because it was not presented in court. This will lead to even less faith or trust in our court system.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again— there are people in prison that were convicted due to the overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence with tangible evidence lacking but what was evident was that they were guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt regardless of the lack of said tangible! We have heard, seen, and yes actually had tangible evidence in the election fraud that Donald Trump is being crucified over for his words that have been censored by almost every media outlet in America. Funny how now even the PBS had decided to omit his words from his speech asking everyone to be peaceful! When will they stop with their agenda for a man who did nothing but work tirelessly FOR everyone in America— why are they saying it’s US who needs to be “deprogrammed” when the exact opposite is so obvious? Four years of Joe mumbling and crossing off every positive accomplishment made by Donald Trump is not going to be good for America but we will survive, we will come back and take control of the house and senate and the big house and maybe by then everyone else will understand just what they had and lost listening to false prophets and being so stupidly politically correct!

Thank you for your thoughtful and accurate response to Gregg Z. First of all, I am going to go out on a limb and bet you that Gregg never was a Trump supporter. Just another Trump hater wanting to move on and forget about the election fiasco of 2020. Maybe we can look to the conflict in Myanmar to see what can happen here, or better yet, look at Venezuela and its collapse. That is what is happening here, regardless of Gregg's naive view of what the Democrats are doing to move us to socialism. One key step moving to socialism is to hook the people on the government. Like giving them "free" money in the form of continuous COVID stimulus payouts. That is what the Democrats are proposing, a continuous government "program" to its citizens - and as we all know, you can never stop such programs once the people become dependent on the government for those funds.

I'm not a conspiracy theories, I'm am a Born-Again Christian. I as many Americans have had many questions since the election. Why were poll watchers turned away? Why did the courts or judges in these states refuse to even review evidence from Trumps legal staff? Why were more ballots brought in in the late hours. How could states have more votes cast than registered voters? Why did so many Christians vote for a party that aborts the unborn child?

That was an incredibly informative explanation. It truly reflects how I feel. Sometimes I think there is so much corruption that there is no way to reclaim our republic and what it stands for. I’m saddened that the left has made us look like our history was so evil. I just want to know the truth regardless of what the outcome is. No one knows what that is any more....

Thank you, Gov. Huckabee! You expressed what I have often thought- if no wrongdoing, why would they resist looking into it? Do we want honest, open elections or not?? I am not alone in feeling discouraged and wondering what in the world is going on.
    Sincerely, Susan B.
