From Gregg Z:

I’ll get right to the point, but first know that I am an evangelical believer who loves our Lord, worships Him and His Word, and votes wherever possible for candidates who hold a biblical worldview, where God is the center of Truth; and when we honor and follow His Word we are blessed, and when we continue to disobey and reject Him, we reap depravity.

I’m saddened and disappointed in your continued tact with the election—that it was stolen via widespread fraud. Trump had his many chances in our post-election process to legally challenge the election, and nothing stuck. The fact he had the best legal resources available (and $$) and was not able to make anything stick is indicative of the fact that there really was no evidence of widespread election fraud—and many of those law suits were adjudicated by conservative Republican-appointed judges. Trump truly did not have a leg to stand on, as the wholesale rejection of his lawsuits showed.

The reality is we live in an evenly divided nation right now. Our presidential elections have been razor thin for a while now, not just 2020. We see the split division in the House and Senate as well—and have for years as it also has teetered between Democrat & Republican control.

In the spirit of Romans 13:1-5, and given Trump’s wholesale failure at providing evidence of widespread fraud on a scale large enough to change the election outcome--and this through our entire legal system--it is right for us to “give credence to” the outcome of this election, and stop with the quite harmful seeds of conspiracy theory.

It is time to SWITCH THE DIALOG to the fact that we have indeed put a liberal in the president's office—and lost control of the Senate—all because we are that evenly split as a nation. It’s time to pray for wisdom and influence in promoting a biblical worldview, which is how we will change the evenly balanced electorate away from humanism (liberalism).

Respectfully,

Gregg

From the Gov:

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and reasonable letter. What we were doing with this poll was essentially “taking the temperature” of the approximately half of the country who watched from the sidelines as the election results played out, just to see where we are. Now we know.

If you’re a regular reader of the newsletter, you know I’ve never made the claim that the election was “stolen” or decided by “widespread fraud.” (There is some actual evidence of targeted fraud, but did it decide the election? We’d like to know.) I’ve quoted others who have make those claims, and many readers have made them in the “comments” section, but what I personally have tried to do is bring you factual information about how the election was conducted and what people think about it, people on both sides. The fact that so many believe the election was stolen, and do have reason (as opposed to proof), is a reality that it makes no sense to ignore. It can’t just be swept under the rug.

What I definitely can say is that the election rules were turned upside down in key states and that it was a very opaque process, as opposed to the completely transparent process it should have been. And that causes a natural skepticism.

That begs the question, why wouldn’t the Democrats WANT to allow a full investigation, to make the process fully transparent, as a way of bringing the country together and ending this massive doubt that Biden was the duly-elected President? Why did they go to court in multiple states to slam the lid down on that process? This causes even more natural skepticism.

The courts simply didn’t want to be involved in this and washed their hands of it, so to speak. They “found” reasons not to look at those cases. Most of the dismissals had nothing to do with the evidence that might have been presented, as they never got that far.

Now Trump reportedly wants to use the impeachment trial as an opportunity to present some of that evidence, and he’s running into problems with attorneys who don’t want to use their legal defense in that way. He has some new representation now, so it’ll be interesting to see if he does it. If he has the goods, it might be a way to make the Democrats sorry they made the ridiculous decision to try him after he was gone. And we might actually get to see evidence. On the other hand, would Sen. Patrick Leahy, presiding in place of Chief Justice John Roberts (who declined), find a way to keep his attorneys from presenting it? He’d certainly stop them if he could. But this would cause even more natural skepticism.

You’re right that this is a divided nation. I do think, though, that much of that division is because of what people hear on the news and, well, just about everywhere. We’re constantly warned about “misinformation” on the right, but it demonstrably exists in huge steaming piles on the left, and there’s also a great deal that goes unreported. This affects the way people vote. Recall the poll in which a substantial percentage of Biden supporters –- enough to possibly have changed the election outcome –- said that if they’d known about the Biden family’s dealings with the Chinese, they wouldn’t have voted for him.

Also, many who voted for Biden are shocked now at his shutting down of the Keystone Pipeline with the stroke of a pen, among the 40 (!) Executive Orders he signed his first week. Some of these voters hadn’t been paying attention, others had been watching CNN and MSNBC or getting their news preselected by Facebook and Google, and many just “didn’t like Trump” or had heard he was "a dictator," but this is NOT what they thought they voted for. Yes, we’re divided, but I don’t believe it’s true that half the country is as far-left as the people now in office. Those people aren't "liberals" --- they truly are radicals.

It certainly hasn’t been my intention to promote conspiracy theories, which exist on both the left and right. We are all about evidence here, and we also want to work through the system even though it seems increasingly that the deck is stacked against us. Did you read my answer to reader Loren in the Monday Evening Edition, about examining our own conduct, pulling together and keeping our cool as we work towards 2022? It works in this context as well.

There seems to be two opposing christain views. One says this is what God has allowed and we should" Stop our grumbling like Israel in the dessert."
The other opinion is "God has opened our eyes and we need to warn our fellow amercans"
To be honest I wrestle with both.So my new verse for now is "Be angry and sin not". Every day and moment praying for wisdom and forgiveness.

There is such a disconnect with the people in the middle of our nation who grow the crops, raise our meat, the agricultural states. They live in a whole different world and seem to think we all live there with them. When I hear Pelosi, AOC, and Schumer I wonder what planet they’re from.

This part of the comment from your member of the 4%, [Trump had his many chances in our post-election process to legally challenge the election, and nothing stuck. Anyone who has been following the post-election debacle knows few if any of the cases filed by the Trump Campaign lawyers actually went before a judge to present the fraud allegations. This statement is completely without merit.

I’m a Canadian grandma and along with my son, daughter, son-in-law, sister, and brother-in-law prepared to stay up late watching the US election results pour in. We were cheered and heartened to watch all those red and pink states in which President Trump was so far ahead that he couldn’t be caught. Then mysteriously and all at once, the voting stopped. I had never heard of such a thing and it HAD to have been preplanned. By morning, all those pink states were now light blue with sudden huge jumps in the numbers for Biden. That’s when I called fraud for the first time.
Many years ago, while studying place value, I tried to explain to my class of grade five students just how big a million was. We were all in awe, as we ran out of blackboard space and time, of the enormity of that number. With some rounding, Trump beat the number of votes he had in 2016 by 11 million votes but didn’t win this time. Biden beat Hillary Clinton’s total in 2016 by 15 million votes! In a pandemic, the Democrats want me to believe that 26 million more people voted this year? That, for me, is not believable.
So, for my main reason in not believing the results of this election has to do with the machines. It’s something I have never heard discussed. There was a “human error” where I believe it was 6,000 votes that were given to the wrong candidate and the problem was observed and FIXED! I have never heard an explanation of how that was done, but somehow they fixed it. Well, they didn’t call all those voters to come back to the polling place, but they somehow were able to solve the problem. I assume they took 6,000 votes from the one candidate and gave them to the other. This is unequivocal proof to me that votes could be changed. There was no discussion about experts having to be called in. Someone at the polling station was able to do it. So, what other “changes” that we all suspect happened did actually happen?
All the Democrats have ever had to do was prove to us that the many, many examples of election fraud that we have heard about didn’t and couldn’t have happened. Why wouldn’t you want to bring in those machines for forensic analysis, listen to the allegations of fraud and prove us wrong? You bring in your experts and let us bring in ours. Settle the questions once and for all. “Nothing to see here” means that there is much more to see here. Half your country and many other people around the world will NEVER accept that Joe Biden won fair and square and is the legal president. I love to play games and don’t mind to lose, but I really abhor cheating to win.

There are investigations occurring now in Pennsylvania and Arizona pushed by their respective legislatures and there has been the resignation in Pennsylvania of the top State-level election officer with no reason given that I saw. Might be that we've all been too haste in dismissing election fraud in the last election.

I loved your answer to the thought that you are promoting the "stolen election" and I have never ever heard you ever say a word like that on any of your videos.
I am in agreement with you about why the truth hasn't been told, no one wants to touch it in fear of being burnt by hearing both sides and having to make a decision on whether it was a legal election or not.
I am enjoying your daily emails, and I make sure that I have the time to sit down and really read it so I don't miss anything and get the full meaning of them.
    Thanks for sending them.
Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to more from you about what is happening to our country, in your point of view.

I appreciate you and enjoy reading your newsletters. But if things were the way they are supposed to be (open and above board), then the audit of the states where Election results were squirrely would not be so opposed by the Democrats. There is no reason to go against forensic audits unless you are trying to hide something. I can accept a legally elected President. Biden was not legally elected until we clear up all of the questions in those states with election problems.
Thank you for all of your work for all Americans.

Excellent summation! I would add a point that well over half the Voters do not have the luxury to LOOK for the Truth and it's as plain as the nose on your face that Election Laws were changed/Ignored and the excuse was a 'Pandemic.' The SIN of Omission of news is actually worse than exaggerated or Lying about events. When a media purported to be a News outlet while actually injecting themselves into the story it becomes Opinion! The best quote ever came from Walter Lippman " Self Importance has ruined more good journalist than bad liquor." I'm retired and have the LUXURY to Search for Truth and when the 8-9 Oligarchs have the POWER to CONTROL the conversation I see it as Twisting the Golden Rule to; We have the Gold and We make the Rules! Now shut up and Obey! Finally just shrugging your shoulders and saying we MUST Accept the outcome allows even ONE illegally cast vote the ability to CANCEL my VOTE and that is 100% Un-Acceptable.

    Governor Huckabee,

First off I want to say thank you for all that you do – you are a blessing to many of us. I also want to let you know that I am a submitted Christian and believe in the inerrant truth of the Bible and in all Christ-centered teaching.

I'm going to take a little different approach from some of your other readers, and state that I do not think you are strong enough in your position of voter fraud and cheating. To anyone with eyes to see, this Presidential election was more Banana Republic than American. There are mountains of evidence, to include hundreds of sworn affidavits, statistical evidence and even video evidence. Then there is the fact that every swing state shut down and turned away all GOP observers at 3:00am (which is unprecedented), at which time hundreds of thousands of ballots were counted illegally and uploaded for Biden with no down ticket votes . On top of the fact that windows were covered, state laws violated, and every attempt to conduct an audit and investigate, simply to ensure a free and fair election was thwarted. Everyone, and I mean everyone knows the election was blatantly and brazenly stolen from the American people, in front of the entire world. I truly believe that anyone who denies this is either afraid of cancel culture or trying to be too PC.

Now that the radical left has gotten away with an overly obvious theft for the position of the leader of the Free World, they're only going to be more emboldened from this point forward. I truly believe there will never be another free and fair election again. My question is this: What are Consevatives ... us regular average Joe's (or Matt's) supposed to do going forward, with absolutely no faith in our election system whatsoever?

    Thank you,
    Matt

I shared this on my Facebook page. Both letters are respectful and persuasive, I love it!
I watched the state hearings in Georgia, Michigan and Arizona. Evidence of misconduct, ballot stuffing, and "Demon"/Dominion voting machine misreporting was overwhelming. For example, I hope you saw Jovan Pulitzer, who was never permitted to demonstrate his evidence. But this heist of our Republic could not be carried out without the gullibility of a critical mass of Americans. As Glenn Beck and others have observed, we have exchanged our Republic for an Oligarchy. If you have not read it, please get the brief 2016 book "The Engineered Downfall of America" by Michael A. Cordner.

Gov. Huckabee: That was an excellent comment (as always). If the writer had asked me the same question, I would have pointed out that many people, myself included, observed with their own eyes that Trump was ahead by 300,000 votes when we went to bed on election night, but woke up to find Biden leading the next morning, even though the polls were presumably closed between 2 and 6 am. We saw a graph of a statistical analysis on the internet showing that a "data deposit" in each of four swing states occurring overnight were far outside the range of probability, with Biden getting up to 95% of the votes in that deposit. We saw that graph removed from the internet soon after.
This is all strong evidence of widespread fraud, but not the kind of proof that would stand up in court unless the individuals responsible for it were identified. No one will ever persuade me that it was a fair election. As you said so clearly, the evidence we do have leads to a strong natural skepticism regarding the outcome of the election.

    Hello governor.

Almost daily, I find myself in conversation with someone regarding the impeachment trial of Donald Trump. I've been doing research online and I am confused as to how this can possible move forward. I am in no way any kind of expert on the Constitution. The only knowledge I have of it is what I can find on the official websites or what your newsletter provides.

Here are my concerns about the situation. The first, and obvious one, is that an impeachment is for a federal official, not a private citizen. I believe it is illegal to try and impeach a private citizen. Second, if the official is found guilty, they are to be removed from office. Since Mr. Trump is already gone from office, that action can not even be completed. Both of these issue have been discussed. My third concern is the one that puzzles me. Chief Justice Roberts has opted out of presiding over the trial and Sen. Patrick Leahy has been appointed to preside. Per our Constitution, Article 1, Section 3, "When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside." Shall being the key word. There is no option given for a substitute. I have read many paragraphs pertaining to the authority of the "president pro tempore" and have been unable to find anything that grants that person authority to preside over an impeachment trial of a President, much less a former one. The position appears to be a stand-in if the Vice President is unable to execute their duties as president of the Senate. Since the current Vice President is able to execute her duties, why wouldn't she preside over the trial?

And finally, number four. If all, or even most, of these actions are illegal, how can these people be allowed to hold office. I know they all believe they are above the law, but are they actually?

Thank you for all you do.

The corruption or fraud did not have to be widespread to completely change the election. If nothing was amiss, no one should have had a problem with it being audited.

Thank you for your newsletter and your responses. I too am an evangelical Christian and I for one (and there are millions like me) do believe this election was stolen. I’ve watched the testimonies of the many, many workers who witnessed examples of fraud or at least misconduct. We saw the laws changed to benefit the mail in votes that the Democrats pushed for along with no voter ID. Who does that help? We know the answer to that. Add to that the mathematical impossibilities of Biden getting 80 million votes and the huge number that came in on Election Day when Trump was winning big time. As Biden would say “come on man”. So, as a Christian, I am to pray for our leaders, but I do not believe Biden is the leader that was chosen. I will pray for him and his administration that God would reveal the truth and that Biden and Harris will repent for the laws they are passing now that include the innocent killing of babies! I pray that as we all repent and change our ways, that God will heal our land!

I have had a lot of problems with the outcome of the election. More so from the inattention to the landslide of irregularities backed by hundreds of signed affidavits and other apparent evidence of fraud and suspicion (with some justification) of "flipping" votes mechanically (electronically?). I have a problem with both Gregg's Statement and your answer.

I understand that there are contrasting opinions among "believers", but I am uncomfortable with Gregg's introduction establishing himself as devout enough to rely on faith for to make a decision on worldly affairs. I believe there are many answers the Bible can provide but we rely on both logic and observation to uncover an earthly truth. We do not ask jurors to turn to bibles to seek acceptance of evidence, we look at information apply reasoning and decide whether "evidence" is convincing based on experience. Faith and logic are like looking at a problem from a worldview and an otherworldly view. They could be compatible, or not.

I watched the election returns in as much realtime as the TV stations would allow. I'm kind of an election junkie so I do this every presidential election. I understand that state returns depend on the sequence in which precincts, counties and sections are tabulated. I have watched the graphs ascend in wavy motions, occasionally crossing over each other. The night of November 3, my spidey sense was triggered when Biden's count suddenly spiked almost straight up, not by a few hundred votes, but by thousands. I replayed the television and changed channels to see if this was an anomaly. To my utter shock it was not only constant across reporting, other notable “swing” states were reporting similar phenomenon. I had no Biblical verse or experiential data, but. In that hour or two, I “knew” the fix was in.

I also knew that it was too constant, across these unique states, to be reversed. In the week(s) that followed as explanations seeped out. There were “harvested” ballots that were dumped into the count, there were ineligible ballots that were adjudicated to be acceptable (deceased, moved, signature missing, unregistered, illegally registered, etc). These instances were attested to by signed affidavits. Recycling of ballots were witnessed by observation and video. Affidavits were obtained in support of these claimed irregularities. Affidavits were signed by poll watchers/workers that blank ballots were being filled out and fraudulently signed by Democratic workers. Ballots were lost and miraculously found by the thousands. Sequences of ballots were counted for Biden with few for Trump (statistically impossible). Some jurisdictions counted more votes than they had voters on registration rolls. List list of abnormalities were endless.

When reported by polling officials, the reviews were done by fiat or overruled. When lawsuits were filed for audit, they were rejected on technicalities such as standing or improper timing and on interpretations of law. None of the judicial rulings were based on independent investigation of the charges. A few rulings excused the fact that the errors were in contravention of state law. There has been no federal ruling on a key matter -- election laws are determined by state legislatures and not by judicial or executive direction.

A presidential election does not only affirm or eliminate the vote as the core of our Constitutional guarantees, but it also has the potential of overriding the public will and needs for a period of time, in this case four years devoted to reversing four years of enormous gains in the well-being of the nation. Merely acquiescing to political will does not cure a flawed election process. The likelihood of harm to large portions of the populace and the integrity of the voting process is too great not to be forensically examined.

That you, Governor, do not take a firmer stand on pursuing every credible claim is disappointing and harmful to a just resolution, because of your stature and reach. Passages in the Bible may bring some solace or excuse, but they do not correct errors or malfeasance.

Excellent rebuttal. Mr. Z certainly put forth a eloquent letter to you, but it sounds very much like many others who want to quit seeking justice, and just "get on with it." What we have been left with, after a terrible election, is a worse outcome. I'm very glad Donald Trump is a fighter...first for We The People, and now for himself. We believers know the Lord has this under His full control, and that He uses people to be His feet and hands. I believe that Donald Trump was put into office to be a voice for morality in an immoral world, a voice for the unborn who are murdered daily, a voice of reason in an unstable economy. Why God has removed Him is something only He knows for sure. I'd like to believe it's because Jesus is coming very soon for us and this is the way it has to play. The clock is ticking. Should He tarry, I am rooting for your beautiful daughter, Sarah, to fill your shoes in the Governor's Mansion! God bless you!

Gov.: I believe you and Greg have the bearing and purpose to "allow" the present course of affairs without stirring anarchy.
To suggest that various State election functions to enhance voter turnout were appropriate, I would consider the warnings and commentary by independent (not tied to government purse strings) universities, the Heritage foundation, and Judicial Watch over the past 12 years. Or better, consider our own members of Congress who have been adamantly calling for repair of voter roles with strong resistance by the States Attorney Generals.
As for Greg's response (Please encourage Greg to read "everything you have written over the past months so you do not have to defend yourself over his false accusations. You even said you re part of the 4%) Prayer has always been advocated by the Gov. God's word does not tell us to sit back and assume that we should accept abortion over the long term to avoid, even one day. Prayer is the only means, God is the ONLY power that will achieve reconciliation. Start praying. Those who voted for murder are "without excuse". And there are millions who did; and yes they know it and likely never shed a tear. O know Jesus has and those who allow infanticide beware of his warnings. God can be an angry but just God. I voted for Trump for that reason.

Good reply to Gregg Z. Also wanted to remind you that we have a Southern Groundhog who is more reliable than Phil. Gen. Beauregard Lee has been right 94% of the time for the past 30+ years, and he says that we will have an early Spring!
