The New York Court of Appeals refused former President Trump’s request to lift the gag order put on him by Judge Juan Merchan, ruling that "no substantial constitutional question is directly involved."

So we have a blatantly biased judge putting a gag order on one of the two leading candidates for President in the middle of election season, and the Appeals Court refuses to lift it, even though the trial is over and the jury has been dismissed. The denial of the candidate’s First Amendment rights continues for no justifiable reason, but that doesn’t raise any constitutional questions?

Legal and constitutional scholars denounced the ruling, pointing out that not even mobsters like John Gotti were held to gag orders even after their trials were over. I guess they don't even care about pretending to hide the election interference anymore.
