Parler Update

Parler’s CEO John Matze said there have been significant positive developments and the free speech Twitter alternative is hopeful that it will be back online soon, after Amazon cut off its hosting service with no warning.

One negative development is that Matze and his family had to go into hiding because of death threats, ironically from leftists who accuse Parler (“without evidence”) of hosting the planning of the attack on the US Capitol (they want to kill anyone who promotes violence.) So far, it appears that any planning took place on other platforms – and incidentally, if it was planned in advance, doesn’t that prove that Trump’s speech did NOT incite it?

If House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took her responsibilities seriously, she would call for a vote rescinding her latest bogus impeachment on those now-disproven grounds. But she’s too busy posing for photos with the same National Guard troops that she referred to as “stormtroopers” when they were protecting federal buildings that her office is not in from violent leftist rioters.

Until Parler returns, a number of other services are making it clear that they’ll be happy to accept the thousands if not millions of users who are abandoning Twitter and Facebook. Here’s an article about two more, Signal and Telegram, which you might find interesting.

Most telling detail: a tech expert who usually has to explain new services like this to his parents heard from his parents to tell him they had already signed up for Signal. So when Twitter and Facebook tell you that they’re just driving out dangerous rightwing extremists, remember: they’re talking about your parents.

    Tell Trump to team up with Parler and start their own internet that they control who uses it and give free speech back to the Citizens of the US.

    I think every conservative and person that is upset at the Democrats moves and how they are ruining our country and killing job, need to write letters and throught the usps, It cannot be blocked or censored. Announce this on you show. We can still practice free speech via snail mail.

    Mr. huckabee . My name is Jerry sir I have a question. Not being disrespectful. But you made a comment about the protests that happened on the 6 th. I personally don’t endorse that action that took place but at the same time the constitution is there for a reason.
    You have a god given right to free speech. You also have a right under the 2nd amendment to bear arms against a Tyrannical government . But yet everyone including your self are blaming the peaceful protest along with the radical left and right. There is no half way . Based on original text of our founders. So in your opinion what would constitute the people to rise up and take this country back. And including your self took the oath of office to support and defend against all enemies for Foreign and Domestic. But if the leftist in the house and in senate are not being Tyrannical what are they? They also took the same oath but yet both side corrupted our election to the point I personally will never vote again.

    Please run for President in the next election. Prior to 2020 I looked every now and again at politics and policies. I didn't even realize that media outlets were politicized (imagine thinking they were all supposed to report without bias). What I have seen, heard and experienced this passed year has shook me to my core and terrifies me as a mother and a proud American. You have consistently come across as a voice of reason amid the chaos. Even putting political affiliation aside, you speak from a side of morality, reason and practicality. We need this as a country to go forward and to stop the hypocrisy. I never thought I would live in a world where wrong is now right, and right is persecution. Where criminals are elevated to "sainthood" in public opinion and police are targeted. Where elected officials deny safety to their people while cities are ransacked (repeatedly) just because an outcome was not to the mobs satisfaction. Where is the accountability for those politicians that incited that, encouraged that and praised it.?? They were all about defunding police and as soon as it came to their door, now lawlessness is a punishable offense...Peoples lives are at stake, their freedoms. Please consider running. We need a moral compass. I want to thank you for standing strong in the cancel culture we have now become. I am no one important, just a very concerned citizen who loves the America my family fought for. I believe in this Nation, for what it could be, what it was founded on, what it stood for. I believe you are the person who can restore this country.
