  It a funny thing but I am guessing that the promised mail in ballots to Americans trapped in Afghanistan might not be a treasure trove of voting for Democrat candidates. Just a guess of course, but there might be just a tiny bit of resentment toward the administration for leaving them there and not making any obvious effort to get them out.
