After reading the reviews for her performance on the witness stand Thursday, Fulton County DA Fani Willis opted not to return for an encore on Friday, which must’ve greatly disappointed political junkies and soap opera fans.

But there was still plenty of drama, like the moment where her “special” prosecutor Nathan Wade was asked if he ever went to a cabin with Willis. He appeared to suffer a 21-second brain freeze that made Joe Biden look quick-witted in comparison.

Another bombshell came when Wade’s former law partner, who had refused to tell why he’d left their law firm, claiming it was protected by attorney-client privilege because it was related to Wade’s divorce, admitted that he’d actually left because an employee accused him of sexual assault. I'm beginning to suspect that we'll find more actual crimes among the prosecutors than among the defendants.

And I didn’t even get into the testimony from Fani’s dad or the fact that when she did testify, she appeared to be wearing her dress backwards. I’m amazed that the producers of “Real Housewives” haven’t already signed this entire bunch for a reality show.
