With Hillary Clinton calling for criminal charges against purveyors of “misinformation,” maybe it’s time to indict Sen. Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats who are claiming that pro-life laws are causing young women to die due to bans on D&C miscarriage surgeries. No state laws ban medical care related to miscarriages, and all have exceptions to save the life of the mother.

The case this claim seems based on what happened in Georgia. It involved a woman who took the abortion drug mifepristone (the one Democrats want the FDA to let be sold without consulting a doctor or warning women of its possible side effects.) She suffered complications and was not denied D&C surgery. She was scheduled to have it, but tragically, died of an infection before it could be performed.
