Perhaps you recall when DC Judge Beryl Howell actually ordered Trump’s own attorney, Evan Corcoran, to testify before the “classified documents” grand jury --- weirdly convened in DC instead of Florida --- effectively piercing attorney-client privilege.  At the last minute, “Special Counsel” Jack Smith convened a new grand jury in Florida to indict Trump down there.

She might unseal documents relating to this next Wednesday.  It looks like fun.

RELATED:  Julie Kelly has news about the White House logs showing Obama-appointed NARA archivist David Ferriero meeting with Biden’s White House counsel Dana Remus twice in September 2021.  It was that summer (not that long after Trump left office, really) that Ferriero started threatening the Trump team with a criminal referral over a false allegation of “destroyed” presidential records.  NARA general counsel Gary Stern circulated a draft letter to AG Merrick Garland with that allegation in it.

Kelly asks the question, “Why is it that so many key figures [Ferriero, Nathan Wade, etc. etc.] involved in the effort to take down President Trump are frequently on record meeting with White House counsel?  Is the White House coordinating Trump’s prosecution?”
