I hope the republicans can find a candidate that carries less baggage and is less polarizing than President Trump. Of course if it comes down to Biden and Trump, I would probably vote for Trump.

I would have to vote for Trump because I believe he was a tremendous president. If the jealous Democrats had cooperated and occasionally compromised, the Trump years could have been unstoppable. As my husband says, he may be a jerk, but he was the best for the country we've ever had. But I have to deal with the unreasonable hate that is out there for him. It (the hate) makes NO sense, and there are millions of reasons why people cling to it. But that unreasoning hate (jealousy, fear, power hunger, etc) divides our country. I'd say, anyone with Trump's strength as businessman, self confidence, ego, stamina and so much more, would probably inspire just as much anger, fear, and hate. I used to have a fairly loving family. One daughter in particular was my best friend. We enjoy so many things alike. Her whole life, I've loved her unconditionally. She went ballistic when Trump won and said she'd never be seen in Utah ever again because Utahns, including her dad and me, gave the presidency to Trump. She hasn't spoken to us for 2 years and my heart breaks. What will happen to families like ours if Trump wins again? Still, I would vote for him again because he was and Will be great for the country.

    Hi Mr. Huckabee,

Though I believe that President Trump truly won the last presidency, I hope he does not run again. I did vote for him, and I believe he did a wonderful job. I even took my teenage son to a Trump rally in north Georgia (NOT Atlanta). I felt that north Georgia would be safer, being out in the country with more people like ourselves. It was an amazing, patriotic experience. I don't doubt that he would do a great job with foreign affairs and setting our military back to where it needs to be as a fighting force and not a emotional, social experiment. I just wish he wasn't so petty and juvenile when it comes to comments and Tweeting. This time around, I am hoping Desantis runs. Though, as a Floridian, I don't want to lose him, as an American, we need him.

Hope you have a blessed day Governor.

Also, for the record, I voted for you. You would have been wonderful!

    Sincerely,

    Mrs. Gessica Melzer

IF Trump was Nominated @ Republican convention I would vote for him. He mastered nearly all of his campaign promises when he was President in spite of Democrats hate Mo getting. I would prefer Ron DeSantis to be Republican nomination @ Convention. His resume his stellar: education, service, personal & as Gov of Florida.
He is not an “I person” like Trump. His personality is strong & tempered.

We were happy with his policies for sure! However, today, and mind you he has not even announced he’s running yet, he’s already showing the ol’ habit of namecalling even with people of his own party. That I don’t believe aligns with putting the country first. It is a divisive move, something our conservative base does not need. No I will not be voting Trump in the primary.

He did so much good for our country (for instance, energy independence and increasing our economy & GDP, plus no inflation!) He actually listened to the people who voted for him, and he actually fulfilled his campaign promises. He knows what he's doing. He increased respect for the USA in the world. He knows how capitalism works, and does a fantastic job making it work for all of us.

No I would not vote for him. If he's president then nothing will get accomplished because there will be so much fighting even among the Republicans. It will be four more years of battles. I would rather a Republican politician be president.
