President Biden’s mental fitness is questioned by a clear majority
On November 20th, President Biden will turn 80, or as most federal employees call that, mandatory retirement age plus 15 years. A new Issues & Insights/TIPP poll found that 64% of Americans are concerned about his mental fitness. Democrats are dreading having to deal with the news stories that will be generated by his 80th birthday.
To prove he’s not too old to cut the presidential mustard, Biden sat down for an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, and I hope you’re sitting down when you hear some of the things he said.
Some were just the usual “train of thought going off the rails” quotes, like saying he fought climate change by passing “a billion a trillion 750 million dollars billion dollars off the sidelines of investment.” Some were head scratchers, like when Tapper brought up the fact that the DOJ might charge his son Hunter, and Joe replied, “I’m proud of my son…I’m just so proud of him…I’m confident that what he says and does are consistent with what happens.” Others were, as Nick Arama at Redstate.com aptly put it, a “festival of delusions,” like this:
“There’s no guarantee that there’s gonna be a recession — I don’t think there will be a recession. If it is, it will be a slight recession. That is, we’ll move down slightly.” (News flash: we’re already in a recession and economic indicators are not improving.)
But to me, this had to be the biggest jaw-dropper of all. Asked about the issue of his age, Biden insisted that no other President had done as much as he had in so short a time (if he’s referring to damage, I have to concur.) He said, “You might not like what I’ve done, but the vast majority of the American people do like what I’ve got done.”
I know math isn’t the liberals’ strong suit, but when polls show your approval rating is as low as 39%, I think it’s pretty clear that the vast majority of Americans DON’T like what you’ve done. Let’s all hope and pray that’s reflected in next month’s vote. We might not be able to take the car keys away from him until 2024, but putting Congress back into Republican hands will at least ensure there’s someone in the car who can step on the brakes before he crashes it into another 7-11.
Panicking at the thought
After the “sanctuary city” of Martha’s Vineyard was forced to give sanctuary to about 50 illegal immigrants for all of 42 hours, other wealthy liberal enclaves such as Aspen and Vail are panicking at the thought that red state Governors might send them some migrants, too.
Those uncompassionate border state Republicans don’t understand that THEY’RE supposed to deal with the problems created by the Democrats! Democrats aren’t supposed to have to deal with them!
Targeting dead people
The Texas GOP says they’re getting multiple reports of leftist groups, including Planned Parenthood, targeting deceased people with voter registration mailers.
It’s not surprising that Planned Parenthood wants dead people to have representation. After all, they’ve created so many of them.
“Democrat Selective Outrage”
For all of you trying to keep your “Democrat Selective Outrage” calendars up to date, please note that it was fine to claim the 2016 election was rigged by fraud; and it was insurrection and an attack on our democracy to question the 2020 election; but if the Democrats lose as badly next month as they’re expected to, it’s okay to attribute that to voter fraud and claim the election was rigged.

Selective Service holds the line
Say, it turns out that you can’t change your gender just by editing your birth certificate after all, and whichever sex you’re born is what you still are. Before you attack me for stating heresy, or biological reality, you should know that I’m just quoting the Biden Administration. They can try to force us all to say that a hulking dude in a women’s swimsuit is a girl, but as far as their own Selective Service is concerned, you can claim to be a pretty flower of femininity all you want, but if you were born male, you still have to register for the draft at 18.
Deanna Fisher has more details at the Victory Girls blog on this sudden surprise realization by someone in this Administration of what a “woman” is. Or at least, what a “man” is.

The SS does allow “trans” males to appeal, but that requires submitting a copy of their birth certificates to show they were born female; and the PC wackos have also been allowing people to change their birth certificates, or refuse to list a gender, since we all know there’s simply no way to determine a baby’s gender until it’s old enough to talk and can tell us. So if they went whole hog with all this nonsense and changed their birth certificates to male, they might have trouble getting out of a potential draft, too.
To quote Ray Davies of the Kinks, when girls will be boys and boys will be girls, it’s a mixed-up, muddled-up, shook-up world.
Fisher sees three ways that this could go, each of which will cause big problems for somebody. But causing big problems is what the Biden Administration is all about. You can read her predictions at the link.
