BREAKING NEWS: JUDGE REINHART RULES ON AFFIDAVIT
On Thursday afternoon, U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart gave the ‘Justice’ Department a week to “redact and release” the affidavit used to get the warrant (from Judge Reinhart) to search President Trump’s home. Their deadline for this is noon on August 25.
The DOJ had asked Judge Reinhart to keep the affidavit under seal to “protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implicates national security.”
(I know that when you heard the word “integrity” in that context, you fell to the floor in helpless, uncontrollable laughter, so we’ll pause for you to recover. ……….Ready?)
Lawyer for the FBI Jay Bratt had said that revealing the affidavit would provide a “roadmap” to their investigation and that the government is concerned for the safety of witnesses. They don’t want to provide an environment that “chills” potential witnesses from coming forward, he said. Sorry, not buying it. If they were so concerned for their witnesses, why did they leak the names to THE NEW YORK TIMES?
If those calling for the affidavit’s release want to contest any of the FBI’s redactions, they’ll be able to appeal, but that means more delay, of course.
In the meantime, the judge ordered that certain documents --- the application for the warrant, the motion to seal the affidavit, and the cover sheet --- be released today. Not sure we’ll get much from the cover sheet.
President Trump wants to shine a light on what the ‘Justice’ Department is doing and make the roaches run. The DOJ, which does its best work while scuttling around in the dark, is doing whatever it can to keep everything hidden. It still opposes Trump’s request for the appointment of a neutral third party --- an “independent special master” --- to go through documents to see what might be privileged, obviously not caring what is privileged. No final word yet on that issue.
We’ll have analysis tomorrow. For now, here are the details from FOX NEWS.
Permanent ban
Wednesday night, Facebook put a “permanent” ban (we’ll see about that) on the Libs of TikTok account, giving no reasons why.

Reminder: Libs of TikTok doesn’t even post any original content or commentary. All it does is share outrageous and hypocritical posts that were voluntarily put up by leftists (and obviously approved by Facebook), which brings to the attention of a wider audience just how insane the left is these days.
Oh, wait: I think we just stumbled on the reason why Facebook banned them…
Interesting reading, but not for children
This article is by a woman who was heavily into the so-called “sex-positive feminist” lifestyle; a self-proclaimed, proud “slut” who thought it was empowering for a woman to have meaningless sex with as many men as she wanted with no emotional attachments. She had so deluded herself with this idea that she even wrote a column for Playboy magazine promoting it. But after assessing the toll it took on her mentally and emotionally, she’s now married and has a daughter of her own, and she admits, “I was full of (BLEEP.)”

It’s clear that in some ways she’s still reluctant to admit to herself that traditional rules about morality and biology have endured through the centuries because they’re based on eternal, unchanging truths. That might be getting too Biblical for her to be comfortable – yet. But I am happy for her that she seems to have come to some realizations that helped her see how the lies of the “sexual revolution” misled so many women into thinking that mimicking the worst behavior of some men somehow made them “liberated.” It was actually just making it easier for those kinds of men to take advantage of them.
(I would also suggest that women think hard about what it really means when liberal men claim to be “pro-choice feminists” and protest so loudly to make sure unrestricted abortion remains easily available. They're not doing that because they care so much about YOUR best interests.)
Her parting advice to young girls now is very different from the libertine lifestyle she used to preach:
“Don’t ignore that nagging gut instinct telling you ‘sexual liberation’ leaves you feeling unfulfilled. You can still be sex-positive and accept that for you, sex can’t be liberated from intimacy and a meaningful relationship.
I regret being a slut…”
It seems as if that would be too obvious to bear mentioning. But in a world where Biblical morality has been supplanted by sex-drenched marketing, online hook-up culture, and government-approved sexual indoctrination of elementary school students, I guess it’s something that actually needs to be said.

A British restaurant owner tried offering vegan options on his menu. But he’s doing away with them because the vegans who came in were never satisfied, complained about the non-vegan dishes they didn’t even order, and were just generally too obnoxious to have to deal with.
