  Has anyone considered the 83B$ left in Afghanistan or Bagram Air Force base that was built with us$ and left? It was strategically located with countries of Russia Iran and China? USA would not have sent military equipment or personnel. In fact if we still jointly owned Bagram I doubt Russia or China would make an aggressive move
