In Trump-Russia scandal, all roads lead to Hillary...AND OBAMA
Yesterday, we brought you the story of former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman saying that Obama, Biden, Hillary Clinton, Brennan, Comey, Clapper and friends had collaborated to frame Donald Trump “right in front of us.” Today, breaking news shockingly builds on this.
Thanks to Dan Bongino for, if not connecting a couple of new dots --- we’d already connected them --- at least taking a bold felt-tip pen and drawing a thick black line unmistakably linking them.
We’ve known for a long time that President Obama was briefed about the Russia Hoax by CIA Director John Brennan in July 2016 (this is now on page 81 of the Durham Report) and was well aware that Hillary had created the fake Trump-Russia “collusion” story to divert attention from her own email scandal ahead of the November election. We’ve also known that Obama was implicated in Hillary’s scandal, as she used her personal, non-secure email account --- which she apparently used to conduct ALL her State Department business, no matter how classified --- to communicate with HIM. It was in Obama’s interest to distract from Hillary’s scandal, too. So he helped her push the Russia Hoax, knowing it was all made up.
Recall that any account used to communicate with Obama on his Blackberry had to be what they call “whitelisted” --- deliberately put on the list of people who could contact him. This is done by the White House Communications Agency at the request of the President. Obama HAD to know she wasn’t communicating to him through an official channel and had set this system up to evade scrutiny, specifically by way of FOIA requests and potential lawsuits. If Sneaky Hillary went down over this serious email scandal, so did he.
Bongino didn’t mention this, but it occurs to us that someone who simply had to know all along about Hillary’s “special” email arrangement was Jake Sullivan. Here are the pertinent highlights from his career bio:
--- Director of policy under President Obama
--- National security adviser to then-Vice President Biden
--- Deputy chief of staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (ding ding ding!)
--- Senior policy adviser to Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016
--- National security adviser to President Biden (which he still is)
(Early on, he also worked for Clinton crony Strobe Talbott, then at the Yale Center for the Study of Globalization.)
It seems Sullivan has accompanied Obama, Hillary and Biden throughout their twisted association in DC.
This would explain why Hillary had to be let off the hook for her email scandal. It wasn’t just to protect her, but Obama as well. And at the time, Obama also had his “wingman” Eric Holder in charge of the ‘Justice’ Department, with James Comey heading the FBI. A wall of security.
According to the Durham report, even after Brennan had briefed the FBI about Hillary’s scheme, they still launched their investigation into the Trump campaign, which later, after Trump was elected, morphed into the Mueller special counsel investigation, which we now know was a total farce. It wasn’t until October 2017 that then-California Rep. Devin Nunes, head of the House Intelligence Committee, uncovered Hillary’s involvement with the creation of the Steele “dossier.” (As reported in BREITBART NEWS, Comey and Clapper continued to perpetuate the hoax through 2019, and then helped cook up the scheme to discredit the NEW YORK POST’s Hunter Biden laptop story by saying it was “Russian disinformation.”)
More details here --- this is a must-read.
The first part of Bongino’s Monday podcast gets into more detail about the Obama connection to Hillary’s email scandal. (PS --- Respectfully, Dan’s wrong when he says no one else has picked up this story.)
Bongino also thinks they’re preparing to get Michelle into the presidential race, and they can’t have Barack “dirtied up” with Hillary’s scandal. That’s another reason to keep hiding it.
https://bongino.com/ep-2016-
Here’s Nunes on Sunday with Maria Bartiromo. (It’s also telling to see a clip from 2020 of Valerie Jarrett artfully dodging questions about the email scandal.) Nunes says the Durham Report “reads like a tombstone for the justice system.”

Recall that it was thanks to a FOIA request from JUDICIAL WATCH concerning Hillary’s role in the Benghazi scandal that we learned about Hillary’s private email server. If they hadn’t obtained emails that had her personal email address instead of an official State Department address, we likely would never have known of her scheme. Having her own private email server was the way she avoided scrutiny for the Clinton Foundation’s apparent pay-to-play setup, and President Obama HAD to know. Judge Royce Lamberth characterized her use of a private server as “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
But the FBI abruptly dropped their investigation into the Clinton Foundation in August 2021, and the DOJ then formally closed it.
What’s new about this is that once the investigation was formally shut down, all the evidence was, according to THE NEW YORK TIMES, “returned or otherwise destroyed.” How conveeeenient for Hillary, who is known to have destroyed plenty of evidence in her time and probably could have used the help.
RELATED: What about that document the FBI has that allegedly proves Joe Biden was profiting from the family’s international pay-to-play scheme? House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer of Kentucky met with the FBI on Monday, and later appeared on FOX NEWS’ Jesse Watters show to tell what happened.
“Well, the FBI [even after being subpoenaed} refused to turn over the Form ‘1023,’” he said. “We had another meeting where they were very patronizing. I’ve asked for a phone call with Director Wray. We expect to get this document. Speaker McCarthy had a phone call with Director Wray. He demanded that they turn over this document. This is a very crucial piece of our investigation.”
The evidence, he added, is compelling because it is from a time before anyone knew of the existence of the Bidens’ shell companies.
What Congress will have to do, Comer said, is join forces with the Senate and “hold their budget hostage until they get new leadership at the FBI or they produce the document that we want.”
Aside from the “1023,” they also want to know what classified documents Joe Biden had in his possession. (No, they still haven’ been given that information.) If the FBI won’t respond, Comer said, he has “told Speaker McCarthy that...we need to look at contempt.” He went on to say they need to take “extreme measures” but didn’t say what they are. I guess jailing some people is what he was talking about. Do it!
………..
Also, JUST THE NEWS reports that the IRS whistleblower who has alleged improprieties in the Hunter Biden investigation has gone to Congress and also to the Office of the Special Counsel (specifically for whistleblowers) with the retaliatory actions taken against him and his investigative team.
BREAKING: Documents attached to his complaint reveal that there is a second whistleblower, a junior agent working under him who wrote IRS commissioner Daniel Werfel on May 18 to say they’ve been trying to investigate for years and been blocked by the DOJ. He said IRS had felt left “out on an island” when IRS higher-ups would not intervene.
“I have asked for countless meetings with our chief and deputy chief,” he wrote, “often to be left out on an island and not heard from. The lack of IRS-CI senior leadership involvement is deeply troubling and unacceptable.”
Here’s the write-up from REDSTATE…
For what it’s worth (probably not much), FBI Director Chris Wray is expected to testify before Congress in mid-July. Don’t expect much in the way of answers. As Miranda Devine of the NEW YORK POST told Sean Hannity on Monday, “Christopher Wray just appears in these Oversight hearings; he smirks; he’s arrogant; he doesn’t answer questions…” She cited the time when he left the hearing early to “catch a plane” (it was really the FBI private jet) and took off for the Adirondacks on a fishing trip.
Well, he knows all about fishing expeditions.

Don’t worry, Biden is fine…
Is there anything President Biden can’t do? Other than remembering anything that happened longer ago than last week?
Sunday at the G7 Summit in Hiroshima, Japan, Biden did what he loves to do most: steal someone else’s resume. He proudly declared, “I doubt many people in this audience or any other audience would’ve said that two years after being elected, I’d be able to convince India, Australia, Japan, and the United States to form an organization called ‘the Quad’ to maintain stability in the Indian Ocean and the South China Sea.”
https://www.westernjournal.com/biden-tells-giant-whopper-overseas-completely-odds-history/
One problem with that: “The Quad” was formed in 2007 by the prime minister of Japan, fell into a hiatus, then was re-established in 2017 by then-President Donald Trump.
That’s bad enough, but for all you white supremacists who still believe in simple math, note that he claimed he did it two years after being elected. That would have been in 2022. He thinks that something Trump did three years before Biden became President was something that he did just last year.
But don’t worry, there’s no need for him to take any stinkin’ cognitive tests. Jill Biden assured us of that, and after all, she’s a doctor.
This guy
“Climate czar” John Kerry (who, let me remind you, is unelected and was soundly rejected by voters when he ran for President) stepped off his private jet long enough to declare that to stop the angry climate gods from destroying the Earth, we must sacrifice America’s small farmers.
https://www.westernjournal.com/small-farmers-now-front-center-john-kerrys-plan-save-earth/
Show of hands: how many people would be willing to trade even one small farmer for two dozen John Kerrys? No hands? Yeah, that’s what I expected…
Oh, Canada, what happened to you?
First you elect Justin Trudeau, who treats your civil rights like toilet paper. You allow people to be prosecuted and fined for exercising free speech (truckers, farmers, even comedians, and Canada used to be famous for its comedians.) Now, meet Josh Alexander, the high school student who was arrested, handcuffed and taken away in a paddy wagon for handing out free Bibles on a public sidewalk in Calgary.
After he was released, Alexander was told he’d be arrested and charged if he did it again. He did it again, accompanied by a large group of Christian youth protesters. He tweeted, “I continued handing out Bibles. For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.”
Well said! He’s definitely not the one who should be feeling ashamed.
Stop the Presses!!
Katie Tobin, Biden’s senior director for transborder security on the National Security Council, admitted that the massive migration of people into the US over our open border is a planned economic strategy. She said that with all those “infrastructure projects” the Democrats voted to fund (and I’ll believe them when I see them), “As our economy grows, we need workers that we just don’t have enough of. So it is in our interest to bring people in and to stay competitive globally.”
https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2023/05/21/white-house-bidens-migration-is-an-economic-strategy/
So make note, all you low-skilled workers who were finally starting to find jobs and see real increases in wages under Trump: Biden is ensuring that millions of illegal immigrants will come in, take those jobs and depress your wages. That’s not a right-wing, white supremacist observation; it’s what the great labor union organizer Cesar Chavez believed, too.
Or as Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies put it:
“The federal government is basically serving as a staffing service for American corporations…This administration is clearly rooting for large corporations, the Chamber of Commerce, and employers who don’t want to raise wages, at the expense of ordinary workers. That’s a choice, but it should be made clear what they’re choosing and whose interests they’re serving.”
In short, if you’re voting for the Democrats because you think they’re “the party of the working man,” you’re about 90 years out of date.
This guy, Part II
“Education” Secretary Miguel Cardona seems to think that we must trust teachers to know what’s best for kids rather than parents because “they are with them every day.” Could someone please educate our “Education” Secretary on what the word “parents” means?
Democrat policies have become “progressively” more insane
I sometimes find it hard to believe that Democrats hold so much power and do so well in elections when their policies have become “progressively” more insane, and in some cases (abortion, grooming and butchering young children, forcing women to compete in sports with men twice their size, etc.) outright barbaric. I often ask myself how so many people can swallow what they’re dishing out.
Are they diehard Democrat partisans no matter what, or are they the most gullible people on Earth? FYI: those two things are not mutually exclusive. As Ronald Reagan presciently observed, “It isn't so much that liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so many things that aren't so.”
The weekend’s news brought two more examples of liberals showing zero respect for both reality and their own followers’ intelligence. The first is the way they’re trying to spin the battle over raising the debt limit, with ludicrous demagoguing of the Republicans’ demand that they agree to only a 1% increase in spending next year.
The Congressional Budget Office’s latest estimate is that the deficit for 2023 will be $1.5 trillion, or $100 billion more than their February estimate, due to an anticipated drop in tax revenues. While we don’t know yet how much the government will spend in 2023, they did spend nearly $6.3 trillion in 2022 (over 25% of the entire national GDP), with a nearly $1.4 trillion deficit. So they’re already spending an insanely large amount of money, about a trillion-and-a-half dollars’ worth being money we don’t have that they’re adding to our grandkids’ credit card.
While it’s eye-popping enough that the Dems not only want to spend far more than that, they’re accusing the Republicans of being “crazy” for trying to rein them in, even as they suggest magical solutions like perverting the 14th Amendment or creating a “trillion-dollar coin” to pay off the deficit (hey, why not mint a bunch of those and give us all one? Do you think vending machines will accept them?)
But what really floored me was hearing one Dem Congressman claim that Republicans don’t care if the hungry go without food. Does anyone seriously believe that if we don’t spend over $600 billion more than last year, we’ll have to slap sandwiches out of the hands of orphans? That the Moby Dick-sized federal budget is so lean and lacking in any fat to trim that if it isn’t increased by more than 1%, grandma will have to eat cat food? Who could possibly be stupid enough to buy that?!
Luckily, it turns out that fewer and fewer people are buying it. After being gaslighted one too many times about the world ending if the debt ceiling isn't raised AGAIN, a new AP/NORC poll found that a whopping 63 percent of Americans want a debt ceiling deal that includes provisions to decrease the federal deficit.
Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us over and over and over and over and over again, shame on voters.
And now, here’s the other “Can you believe they actually think we’re this stupid?” story
In an attempt to jump on the “Destroy Ron DeSantis before he becomes President and wrecks our graft” campaign, the NAACP, LULAC and a gay advocacy group called Equality Florida issued a “travel advisory warning” that under the Republicans, Florida has become “openly hostile toward African Americans, people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals.” So they want us to believe it's dangerous for blacks, Hispanics and gay people to go to Florida?
Yes, I can’t think of anyplace more inhospitable to Hispanics than Miami, or to gay people than Miami or Key West. As for blacks, the chairman of the Florida Republican Party, Christian Ziegler, pointed out that NAACP Board Chairman Leon W. Russell actually lives in Tampa, Florida.
He tweeted, “True leadership is being willing to do what you ask others to do…time to step up and MOVE. If you think our state is so bad, the Florida GOP will help with moving costs.”
I have a feeling Mr. Russell never expected anyone to call him out on his hypocritical nonsense. I seriously doubt he will leave Florida, and certainly not to go to some blue city in a blue state, like Chicago, where black people’s lives are in far more danger from all the armed criminals running loose than they would be on a Florida beach. But if he does, I’m sure U-Haul will give him a great rate. So few people are moving from Florida to any blue state that they’ll give you a huge discount just to drive one of their trucks back in the opposite direction.
Not everyone is able to learn from the mistakes of others
Over my years of doing commentary on the news, I’ve had to talk about a number of attempts to impose socialized medicine, “Medicare for All,” “Canadian-style health care,” or whatever the latest misnomer is for letting Washington take over medicine and make it as efficient as the Post Office. There’s no excuse for believing it will work because, fortunately, the Founders gave us the concept of the “laboratory of the states.” A couple of states have tried government-paid health care for all, and they quickly had to abandon it when they realized they’d greatly underestimated both the demand and the expense.
That’s the great thing about the human brain: we’re able to learn from the mistakes of others so we don’t have to make them all ourselves. Well, except for people who have the brains of Illinois Democrats, God help them.
The state General Assembly is struggling to put together a budget in the face of rising costs of programs and an anticipated drop in tax revenues (law-abiding taxpayers and companies are fleeing Chicago; gee, I wonder why?)
One of the Assembly’s biggest budget headaches is a program they passed to provide free healthcare for illegal immigrants. It was predicted to cost $2 - $4 million. But with them lacking the intellectual capacity to learn from others’ mistakes, a lot more illegals showed up to take advantage of it than expected (Thanks, Joe!), and the cost is now estimated at $1.1 billion. As John Hinderaker at the Powerline blog points out, that’s a cost overrun of 27,500 percent.
https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2023/05/illinois-slightly-off-on-that-estimate.php
I can’t believe they didn’t see it coming. If nothing else, they should’ve seen it coming from Texas on buses.
Reminder
Adam Schiff isn’t the only Democrat who told Congress and the American people that he had “ample evidence” that the Trump-Russia collusion story was real, and not the Deep State-created, media-fueled hoax that the Durham Report proved it to be. In 2017, Nancy Pelosi said this:
"This week, we saw cold, hard evidence of the Trump campaign, indeed the Trump family, eagerly intending to collude, possibly, with Russia, a hostile foreign power, to influence American elections,"
She was referring to a meeting in Trump Tower between Donald Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer for which the Mueller investigation declined to press charges. But Pelosi called on then-Speaker Paul Ryan to form a commission to "get to the bottom of the Trump campaign's role in Russia’s assault on our democracy," and tweeted, "Our election was hijacked. There is no question."
Well, at the risk of agreeing with an "election denier," yes, it was. We now know it was hijacked by Deep State operatives pushing a false narrative based on phony evidence concocted and fed to them by the Hillary Clinton campaign, which was colluding with Russians to create it.
So even though Rep. Pelosi is being unusually quiet in response to requests that she, like Schiff, share her alleged “cold, hard evidence” of Trump-Russia collusion, I just want to say that for once, I agree with her. The Speaker of the House should form a commission to get to the bottom of this assault on our democracy and the hijacking of our elections.
Biden’s approval is down to 33 percent
This is a story about how CNN’s anchors were forced to admit the Democrats might be in trouble after having to report on a Washington Post/ABC News poll that showed President Biden’s approval rating had sunk to a historic low of 36 percent. That’s “the lowest for any American president at this point in their first term. That's dating back to Harry Truman."
Someone might need to give them some tranquilizers before they see the new AP/NORC poll released yesterday that shows his approval rating is down to 33 percent. Talk about a productive weekend!
