"Changed circumstances"

Citing “changed circumstances,” the Supreme Court vacated a district court ruling that the Trump White House couldn’t use Pentagon funds to build a border wall. The SCOTUS also ordered the notoriously leftwing 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider its ruling upholding the original district court decision.

Trump had declared the porous border a national emergency, but on his first day in office, President Biden halted border wall construction, calling it a waste of money (it’s a microscopic fraction of the money he’s pushing to spend, BTW) “that diverts attention from genuine threats to our homeland security.”

It’s not clear what the SCOTUS means by “changed circumstances.” Are they referring simply to the change in Administrations rendering the case moot, or that the change in the situation at the border has made it clear this is a genuine emergency? I’m not a legal scholar so the only thing I can say with certainty is that the #1 genuine threat to our homeland security at the border is President Biden.

    Even if the Wall had been completed while Trump was President ... the Gates would be open now to allow free Entry. If the Biden Administration allows illegal immigrants to occupy our land and vote in any & all National Elections ... their hope & intent is that the USA, under Constitutional Rule, will become a thing of the Past. We are truly a Nation Divided ... headed toward Socialism. More troubling is Obama's desire for the USA to become an Islamic, totalitarian Nation during the current Puppet Rule and the following two terms.

    Biden has opened our borders to allow anyone to enter our country.
    We now have a president who ignore the Vonstitution and dictates his own opinion on the American people.

    I'm wonder just what biden considers "genuine threats to our homeland security" if not the thousands and thousands of illegals coming across the border--many who are hardened criminals (as opposed to, illegally entering the US is a criminal act. It's not a threat to transport thousands untested, unvaxed people who aren't vetted on any other diseases across our country? The drug cartels and human traffickers are not a threat? The murderers, the MS13--although pelosi at one time said she'd have no problem with one of her daughters dating an MS13. Wonder if it was a granddaughter or great granddaughter? He ignores domestic terrorists like blm and antifa who destroy large parts of cities. He does not appear to oppose those who want to call the J6 people who did not tear or burn down the Capitol nor injure or kill anyone and to call parents speaking at BOE meetings domestic terrorists. Something VERY wrong with this picture.

    We need a wall at the border it should already be built. biden is doing everything he can to turn our Nation into a socialist shithole and he and his cronies need to be removed

    I sure would like to quote your last sentence on my facebook account. Is that okay? Biden SUX!!! No, that's not what you said, and yet it is, isn't it. I like him as much as his boss when he was VP. I call him O'biden. I am so saddened that they were allowed to steal our rightful president away from this country! Beyond saddened, I am angry, but no one much cares about an old lady who can't even breath well enough to walk to the mail box. :-( All I can do is post my displeasure on FB.
