The EO Pen Strikes Again

In a little-reported executive order, President Biden, having already issued an order championing transgenderism in the military, ordered that the taxpayers will now pay for “medically necessary” gender transition drugs and surgery for military members and veterans.

I assume we’re no longer allowed to question how dangerous elective surgery and hormones that disfigure perfectly healthy bodies could ever be “medically necessary.” No cost estimate of this order was given, but considering the procedures usually range from $100,000 to $200,000 apiece, and a recent study estimated there are about 15,000 current military personnel and 134,000 veterans who identify as transgender, I assume this will end up being one very expensive executive order.

It seems as if a policy change that radical with a price tag that high would be something that Congress would be expected to investigate and debate, but the man who assailed Trump for being a dictator who ruled by executive order decided to take it upon himself. Sounds like he’s transitioned to being exactly what he campaigned against.

    Transgenders have no place in the military at all. and WE should NOT have to pay for their surgeries. (that may be why they entered the military in the first place, so WE will pay for it!) also -- pregnant women HAVE NO PLACE IN BATTLE!!!! WHAT have we become???? GOD HELP US ALL!!!

    Will someone PLEASE take his crayon away from him? Since he learned to sign his name he is signing everything Obamma and Peloosi tells him to do. The Republicans and any Democrats with common sense (if there is such a thing) needs to challenge every E.O. biden illegally signs which is all of them.

    Dear Lord, I am so sorry for what is happening to this beautiful country and lives of freedom You gave us. We have destroyed it by disobeying Your word and turning our backs on You and Your Word.. Forgive us please for our sins in thought, word and deed; the wickedness of not respecting Your creation of a man and a woman in Your image, the abortion of over 60 million babies in the past 47 years, for the vile language and pornography that has become a way of life for many, for condoning the public violation of every one of the ten commandments in so many ways, without shame. Please change the hearts of our leaders, help them to walk with You and to turn to You for guidance. Ignite the fire of the Holy Spirit within us and restore us to One Nation Under God.     Here is my comment.
    This Executive Order from what I read , is a Tax.
    This Executive Order is Unconstitutional =,illegal, it violates Article I, of the United States Constitution.
    All Bill's of Revenue must originate in the United States House of Representatives.
    This executive order does not.
    When a Bill of Revenue is past in the United States House of Representatives, it then makes it's way to the United States Senate.
    The Senate can do a number of things like and vote on it.
    If they vote yes , it gets sent to the Presidents desk.
    If they vote Ney , the bill gets sent back to the house , they can form a committee and then draw up their own version of the bill and vote on that version, usually both house form a joint committee and meet half way, and then pass a bill that goes to the Presidents desk.
    From there he has three options Sign it into law, do nothing and take no action and after the time period of time passes the bill becomes law. Or the President can Veto a bill, now if the Congress has the votes they can over ride the Veto.
    The bottom line is this the Illegitimate Bastard President that Polooka Joe is has exceeded his authority, this executive order should be challenged in court.
