Remember that Idaho deputy who mocked Lebron James? Well, he was fired

Remember the Bellevue, Idaho, deputy who made the hilarious viral video in which he pretended to be calling LeBron James to ask advice on how to peacefully handle a knife-wielding maniac? He was suspended by his department over that, and now he’s been fired.

Nate Silvester told Sean Hannity that he’s the latest victim of cancel culture. He said he’d made lots of other videos in uniform that attempted to humanize police officers, but nobody complained until he made fun of LeBron James and his bizarre political position on policing. Then again, leftists have never been famous for their ability to laugh at themselves, or even to make funny jokes about their opponents (this is why late night hosts get lots of applause from their studio audiences, but nobody laughs anymore.)

I hope the people of Bellevue let their officials know that they don’t appreciate them punishing a police officer to appease a Twitter mob. But I have a feeling Silvester will be fine. He says he has job offers from around the country, and he’s writing a book. Better yet, considering that the ratings for “Saturday Night Live’s” season finale tied the previous week for lowest of the season, maybe NBC should hire Silvester to replace Lorne Michaels and show the cast and writers how to be funny.

    The only screw up was the firing. The officer did nothing " unprofessional "... strange how Leftist only want " professionalism" when they get the stick. I stand with the officer.

    Racism is alive and well and it is against the White, working, Christian, Patriotic American. THIS is the "new america" and the jackasses WANT it this way and the rinos allow it to happen. AND the majority of the sheeple in this country eat the BS that the creep, kuntmala and the jackasses are feeding them. We are in a shrinking minority and beyond the point of no return. The vast majority of the millenials have been brainwashed and have ACCEPTED this agenda and that, dear Patriots is the future of this country and the way the politicians have pushed it

    My opinion is that the officer, in uniform and in the squad car at the time of the recording, should have been suspended without pay for lack of professionalism since he was recording on duty. However, I know nothing of his previous conduct or positive/negative citations. Maybe he was a screw up

    Labrobum Crazyass James, is nothing more than a big mouthed Low Life Jackass who likes to run his big assed mouth against anyone that is white !!!!
    He thinks he can spit out any of his Racist comments primarily against politicians and get away with it.
    At some point in the future someone who has much more power and influence than he does will ring his bell and calm him down.
    It's too bad this big mouth can so far shoot off his big lipped mouth and get away with it.

    IDAHO JUST GET DUMBER AND DUMBER WITH HOW THEY DO THINGS. FIRING THIS WAS ONE OF THE DUMBEST THINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN AND OVER THAT AHOLE JAMES WHO IS WORTHLESS!! ADD THAT TO THE FACT THAT THEY WANT KILL 90% OF THEIR WOLVES IN THE STATE MAKES IDAHO A PRETTY CRAPPY PLACE TO LIVE!!!!
