While he’s occupied his time with battling “racist roads,” pushing DEI policies, taking unannounced paternity leaves and celebrating his birthday, the supply chain crisis worsened, trains were derailing, thousands of flights were being canceled, and now, passenger jets are literally falling apart in mid-air due to issues like missing screws. This is part of a larger discussion that’s brewing about how society may be getting more dangerous because of DEI, and the awarding of important jobs to people who are not the most competent.

In a discussion with Ben Shapiro, Elon Musk zeroed in on the problem of bowing to people just because they claim to be part of some oppressed group. He warned that we need to return to the concept of merit, where it “doesn’t matter whether you’re a man or a woman, what race you are, what beliefs you have; what matters is how good are you at your job."
