I love a “Good Dog!” story, and here’s a really good one: a New Jersey man named Brian saved a six-year-old German Shepherd named Sadie by adopting her from the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Shelter. A few months later, she saved him. He suffered a stroke, and Sadie helped pull him across the room to his cell phone so he could call 911, then stayed with him, licking his face to keep him awake until paramedics arrived. He’s now in rehab and visits with Sadie every night by video call while she’s staying with his family.

Granted, it would’ve been easier for Sadie to bring him the cell phone, but when you’ve got a dog like that, you don’t quibble over details.

To The Honorable Mike Huckabee:- Here's another good "Dog" story. My dogs name was Tigger and he was a long hair Dachsund, that thought and sounded like a Wolf when the door bell rang. Trouble was when the door opened, up the steps and under the bed and not another peep! He was over 20 year's old when I had to put him down and I cried like a baby. I went to Salem New Jersey to pick him up and was asked by the original owner that gave Tigger to me if I would walk across the street to let Tigger say goodbye to lady friend. Too my surprise Tigger's good friend was none other than Sally Star (of the Sally Star Show). At the sweet age of 12 or 13 I was madly in love with her and couldn't turn the T.V. on soon enough every day. Hope you enjoyed this memory.

Great story to start my day! It's good to read something positive for a change in a nation of troubles.

    Thanks Mike!
