BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY
Joe Biden's First Month As President
By Mike Huckabee
Today marks one month since Joe Biden was sworn in as President, and you have to admit that he’s making history. I can’t recall any other President who’s done so much damage in so short a time. He’s managed to destroy thousands of jobs, raise fuel prices while endangering our energy independence, undermine Constitutional rights, unravel border security, boost Iran and divide Americans even more. And if you think that’s just partisan sniping, I have proof that a large and growing number of Americans agree.
A new Rasmussen survey of likely voters finds that they feel bamboozled by the media’s depiction of candidate Biden as a nice, smiling moderate who was going to be bipartisan and restore “unity.” After just one month, a stunning 54% now believe that Biden is a “puppet of the radical left.” Only 40% disagree. Those who agree include 82% of Republicans, 54% of independents and even 27% of Democrats.
But does the public’s belief that Biden will “sign anything the far left puts in front of him” mean that he’s taken a late-life lurch to the left, or that he doesn’t really grasp what he’s signing? Concerns about his mental health were brought up during the campaign, but frantically suppressed by the American media. But now, media figures in other nations are starting to speak out about their concerns, especially following that CNN townhall where Biden seemed to excuse Chinese brutality and forget that he’d gotten the COVID vaccine before taking office.
Of course, some Democrats would welcome stories like this because it would give them an excuse to replace Biden with Kamala Harris, which would mean replacing a puppet of the far left with the far left.
To look on the positive side, if voters are really starting to suspect that the media lied to them about Biden and sold them a bill of goods, maybe some rabid Never-Trumpers will start to ask themselves, “Wait…did they also lie about Trump and sell me a bill of goods about him, too? I wonder what else I believe about Republicans that's just a lie?...”
Blocked By Twitter
By Mike Huckabee
Speaking of being bamboozled by the media and social media, one of the best conservative investigative reporters, Paul Sperry, had his Twitter account suspended this week. To date, Twitter has yet to provide a reason. But Sperry has his suspicions:
“No rules were broken. They just don’t like my content because of their politics. They’re trying to claim I’m a ‘robot’ when of course they know better. Tyrants. This is the second time I’ve been harassed since Trump was banned.”
Sperry told the Epoch Times that President Biden won’t do anything about Big Tech censoring conservatives because he “benefits from the censorship” and is “in the White House now largely because Twitter blocked the New York Post’s scoops about the Biden family’s shady foreign dealings and influence peddling in Communist China and Ukraine.” He added that Twitter’s monopoly makes it hard for small upstarts to complete, and “unless deep-pocketed conservatives open up their wallets and invest in competitors, Twitter will dominate political social media and remain the liberal bullies on the block.”
He makes a great point. I hope that some conservative billionaires (Donald Trump, maybe?) step up and back the competition for these Silicon Valley socialists. Seems like a good investment, since there are about 75 million Americans who would be overjoyed to take their business elsewhere.
(By the way, that’s a premium article at the Epoch Times, so to read it in full, you have to log in. But you can sign up for a free account, or pay a small fee to subscribe. I know that nobody wants to pay for content, but when you give your direct support to conservative sites, you ensure they can survive without Twitter, Facebook or Google. If enough conservatives pay just a little to support good conservative sites, it all adds up to the equivalent of having a conservative billionaire investor.)

The Madness Of King Joe
By Mike Huckabee
The Democrat mayor of Del Rio, Texas, posted a video on YouTube pleading with President Biden to enforce immigration laws and stop releasing illegal immigrants in the US. He said the city is already struggling with the coronavirus, power outages, freezing weather and depleted store shelves, and they don’t have the resources to accommodate a new wave of illegal migrants.
He said if Biden doesn’t stop the horde of illegal aliens, “I will have no choice but to use the extreme measure under the emergency declaration, as the mayor of the city of Del Rio, to refuse the entry of migrants awaiting court dates.” So first states starting revolting against Biden's destructive orders, and now cities, even those run by Democrats, are pushing back.
I think we may have found one of those 27% of Democrats who think they were misled into voting for a puppet of the far left.
Whistleblower News
By Mike Huckabee
I like Coca-Cola, so I’m disappointed to hear that a whistleblower claims Coke employees are being forced to take racist online “critical race theory” lessons that browbeat them to “try to be less white,” which means being less arrogant, ignorant, oppressive, apathetic, and other negative qualities apparently determined by your skin color.
Question: Will they still sell Coke with Vanilla, or is that too white, too?
Somebody pass me an RC Cola...
Manchin Says No
By Mike Huckabee
Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin might be saving President Biden from a lot of consequences of his own bad decision if he keeps his word to join Republicans in opposing Biden’s hyper-partisan choice to head the Office of Management and Budget, Neera Tanden.
Tanden says she deeply apologizes for her past deleted tweets and regrets her tone, and she now knows we need to chart a “new bipartisan course,” but some Republican Senators aren’t buying it. Especially since, up until she got the nomination, she was apparently a grown woman running her Twitter account like a 13-year-old mean girl, calling Republican Senators whose confirmation votes she needs names like “fraud” and “vampire,” and filling nine full pages with nasty tweets about Ted Cruz alone.
I seem to recall that the only true reason I ever heard for why Biden would be better than Trump is that there wouldn’t be anymore “mean tweets.” So now, even that’s no longer true.
