This is an interesting article about the growing success of faith-based movies and how Hollywood is finally starting to take notice.

Hollywood used to know this. The studios once tailored films to American audiences and that included reflecting their faith and morality. And it paid off: adjusted for inflation, 1956’s “The Ten Commandments” is still the 8th biggest money-maker of all time, and is still incredibly popular today. It would be nice if Hollywood relearned that lesson from faith-based filmmakers and started pleasing their audiences again, instead of trying to please China and a tiny minority of far-left wokesters.

But I’ll believe it when I see it. Personally, I think outside-Hollywood faith-based filmmakers have become so good in recent years that even if Hollywood tried to write those kinds of engaging and inspiring stories about realistic human characters, they wouldn’t know how to start.
